Awful company
Awful company. Large calming bed ordered in champagne. Item arrived in a horrible yellowy orange colour. Bed is flat on the floor with no bounce. Company offers no returns policy, ie you have to pay to return. Customer service is appalling. Complete waste of money,

I am sorry you were unhappy with the bed and did not want to pay to return the bed in accordance with our policy. We did not feel it was appropriate to offer the discount you requested.

Although I returned the bed
Although I returned the bed, it wasn't the fault of Pamper Paws, my dog just wasn't interested! I contacted them, asked for a refund, the package arrived the next day and my money was refunded immediately, in full.

Thanks Gillian. Glad you like the bed and the service.

I was a little disappointed with the filling in the base of the donut bed.
Everyday i shake the bed to fluff up the filling but I hear his bones hit the wooden floor underneath him as he lays down. He's a 13yr old Whippet and needs more support than this bed offers. My 4month old Maltipom loves the bed and snuggles into it every night as the outer material is soft and fluffy and has no issues with his bones.
Great bed but the base could give more support........
........... Company got back to me to say there is no alternative.
