Great products
Order the panels from the website which was easy to use.
The order did take a few days to arrive which in hind sight I would have order earlier. But it arrived in good condition and everything I ordered was there.
Panels were well packaged.
Made finishing off the bathroom so easy and looks fab. This is the second time I have ordered and will do again when needed.
Very happy Customer.

Excellent Service Highly Recommend
Absolutely brilliant service from Panel World! I ordered 6 wall panels, and they arrived exactly when promised. They're fantastic quality and look amazing now they're up!
I'd originally ordered from another company, but their customer service was terrible, so I ended up cancelling my order. I'm still waiting for a refund over 30 days later!
Panel World were the complete opposite. Everything was straightforward from ordering to delivery, with no hassle whatsoever.
Really pleased I found them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

DONT BUY FAULTY PRODUCT
DONT BUY the courier transported and delivered this product on its side and it does not fit (warped at the edge gaps in the join) panel world is saying they are not responsible for their own courier and not offering a refund. Its a scam you will lose your money on a substandard product if you use panel world.
The courier hired by panel world stored their product on its side (they even took a photo of how it was stored incorrectly) and now as shown with the response below panel world are not taking any responsibility for THIER COURIER how is this our fault???
27/10/2026 - still no attempt to resolve from panel world.

Réponse de Panel World
We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify that our panels must be stored flat, a requirement that is clearly highlighted in large, prominent writing on our product packaging and handling instructions.
Storing panels on their side or incorrectly can cause them to warp, potentially resulting in fitting issues and gaps between joins. It is therefore important that the storage instructions are followed to prevent this from happening.
We take customer complaints seriously, but we must also establish the cause of the issue before accepting responsibility. We would be happy to review the circumstances of your case further to determine the appropriate next steps.
Kind regards,
Panel World Customer Support
