Panel World Avis

They came and looked great! Fast delivery- thanks

Delivery service was brilliant and amazing quality!!
Thank you

Easy to fit unfortunately the pattern would not match. No biggie.
Measure 3-4 times, you only get one cut.
The end caps really sets it all off. Not so much the corner profile.
Looks good

Great quality panels and wonderful fast delivery….happily purchase again and would definitely recommend !

Exactly what I wanted without delay.

Amazing service, fast delivery and communication is second to non. Overall a brilliant outstanding service.

Not happy with the service left the panel on front of the building although I have medical issue they refuse to bring it to my door manager Saed take it or leave it unprofessional

Good product. Delivery took longer than they claim. And when I rang up they told me it was going to be another week. Then the next day they were delivered. Other than that I’m happy.

Firstly I’m very sceptical ! But I have to say …..outstanding service from the website to ordering first class very easy and offering everything I need from trims to adhesive and the product outstanding came very fast and packaged, very highly recommended . And the wife is happy

Poor service and still waiting for a resolution

Unfortunately, my experience with Panel World has been extremely disappointing.

Before ordering, I called to check the delivery timescale and specifically discussed the Natural Oak trims I needed. I was told to order the available colour online and they would manually change them to Natural Oak.

When the order eventually arrived, one of the panels was damaged and none of the trims were included.

I was then told the Natural Oak trims were out of stock and would simply be refunded. By this point, most of the panels had already been fitted, so the suggestion that I could return the whole order for a refund was hardly a practical solution.

I have explained several times that I don’t want a refund for the trims. I want to know when they will be available so I can finish the installation properly.

I sent a detailed email on 30 September explaining this and included a photo of the damaged panel. I chased again on 1 October and, as of 2 October, I still haven’t received a reply.

The most frustrating part is the amount of chasing I’ve had to do throughout this order. If the trims weren’t available, I should have been told before the rest of the order was dispatched.

At the moment I have an unfinished installation, a damaged panel and no response to my emails.

Very poor service and communication. I simply want someone to respond and resolve the issues with my order.

Panels arrived quick and well packaged and look amazing up! Paid less than a third for the same panels elsewhere. Would definitely recommend and will be using this company in the future.

The quality is unbelievably good, the finish is amazing and very straightforward to put up

The service was absolutely brilliant if they can help you they will.

I hadn't come across these guys before but would HIGHLY recommend them without hesitation

A great selection of quality panels at unbeatable prices.
Excellent delivery and well packaged.
Emailed order updates and delivered on time.
Easy to install and look great.
Highly recommended and would definitely order again.

1st order of panels perfect, ordered 1 extra as miscalculated (our bad) which came a completely different colour, whilst I fully appreciate batches may vary slightly this was like I say completely different colour! Reached out 4 times to see if they could match or even get similar to 1st lot (which is already on wall) but absolutely no response at all everytime! I didn’t mind paying again just needed to know if they could supply same colour instead of ordering & still not being right! To just ignore customers multiple times isn’t on as we now have to find somewhere else who can supply similar to what we have! I wouldn’t order from them again purely due to customer service!

Excellent service; all my packages were delivered complete in just three days, and the items I purchased had been carefully wrapped and packed in special boxes. The delivery driver was also very polite and provided great service. Honestly, when I first made the purchase, I wondered if the products might get damaged or turn out to be of poor quality, but I was delighted when I received them. I want to thank you for the service you provided and wish you many customers.

Panels as discribed, delivered promptly very helpful delivery man, customer service excellent, would recommend,or buy again
