I had ordered the wrong screen protector and even though it was entirely my fault, the customer service team was extremely helpful and sent me the correct replacement immediately.
They were very quick at responding and super understanding. Can't thank them enough for their help and would definitely recommend.

Still not recieved my order no news on when it will arrive spent 90 to protect my phone, phones now sat here with no protection

Good quality product with no problems to use

We ordered two iPhone 16 Pro privacy screens, with the box fit system.

The screens arrived in good time, though do note they are shipped from Denmark so to set expectations it’s not next day!

The fitting of the screens couldn’t have been easier and the screen comes with cleaning wipe and soft cloth to ensure your phone screen is clear of an lint or other particles before fitting, then it’s literally as simple as place the phone in the box the screen arrived in, pulling a tab and that’s it!

Though not the cheapest, from the quality of the screen they are definitely good value for money!

Great product easy to apply and delivered ontime

I ordered the PanzerGlass® Screen Protector Metallic for Apple Watch Series 11 46mm (SKU: PG56329).

First impressions were very good. The material feels premium and the application was smooth and completely bubble-free, which is often not the case with screen protectors.

However, after applying it, I noticed that the protector appears to be slightly too large for the screen, off by a few millimetres. Because of this, it did not sit flush with the edges and started to shift shortly after installation. Unfortunately, it came off the same day.

It’s a shame because the build quality seems excellent, but the sizing issue makes it unusable on my device. I would recommend double-checking compatibility before purchasing.

I have not yet received my order. I just had an email today to say it has just left Denmark, 8 days after I ordered it.

The product and purchasing process were excellent, it just took longer to arrive than I was expecting.

There was an issue with the delivery package, but they refunded me within two days. I had to reorder, and I received it very quickly. The quality is the best you can find. Thanks!

On 3 February 2026, I paid for an order on the PanzerGlass website. After the payment, I was provided with a DHL tracking number (LY90493465…….). However, since the shipment was created, the delivery status has not changed.

According to the DHL website, the shipment has been in the status “En route to DHL eCommerce or awaiting processing” since 3 February 2026 at 09:25. There have been no updates since then. It appears that the parcel has either not actually been handed over to the carrier or the process is significantly delayed.

A considerable amount of time has already passed, yet I have neither received the item nor any clear explanation regarding the delivery timeframe. I expected more efficient order processing and transparent communication.

Excellent service

Expensive but worth it, I hope. Very easy to fit. Glass fits perfectly. It goes on so well i had to use a magnifying glass to make sure that it was on.

Update March 2026
The top right of the glass already looks shattered, which is baffling because I have no memory of the phone being banged or dropped. There isn’t a single mark or sign of damage on the case or the phone itself, yet the protector has failed completely on its own. It’s a pretty poor showing for a "premium" product.
For the priceI wouldn’t rush back to buy this again. Between the premium price and the wait for delivery. The installation was easy enough, but there’s a giant thumb circle staring back at me that ruins the screen at every angle. Since I don’t even use the fingerprint scanner, I’ve basically paid extra to look at a bullseye on my phone. I’ve only had it on for 24 hours, normally the pre-fitted OnePlus protectors are plenty for me.

Communication was professional and as expected. Emails arrived explaining adhesion process. I felt this experience to be most conducive and will definitely shop with them again. Probably going to get the privacy glass for my MacBook Pro.

EDIT: Stars changed from 1 to 5 after problem solved and excellent customer service.

Customer Service rep was exceptionally helpful, despite my being an individual customer rather than their usual wholesale scale. Yes they take a few days to get going, but once they were aware of my issues with product & website, they had a replacement on the way manually within a couple of emails.

Seems I got really unlucky with the first one, as the replacement was quick and easy to fit, as were the camera hoops (those were even easier than the screen protector itself).

Shipping times were quite long for UK, but when considering that my individual order was slotted into a system that normally deals with wholesale orders and long lead times, they make sense and were quite quick once it made to the normal postal system.

Packaging had a lot less plastic than I was expecting and most of it was recyclable too.

Would definitely recommend after this experience on the whole.

No cover on back of screen protector, which is probably why it wouldn't stick and slid off within a minute.

Pointless purchase. Will be returning.
