A few cons, but, overall happy
Bought an all in one screen protector for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 - it’s very sturdy, but, doesn’t allow ease of taking the watch off/ putting it on as it fits a bit too snugly; it is also very obvious as an addition to the watch and would probably be nicer if the surround had colour; and, at times you need to press firmer to get the watch to respond. These cons aside, I am overall happy as my watch is better protected for a reasonable price! Delivery takes a little while, but, my items arrived and I’m happy with the price I paid.

Incomplete kit therefore useless
The screen protector did not have protective film on either side just a tab on one side to lift off the none existent film so it was useless because it couldn't attach to the phone screen.
Because of my recent experience with the useless customer care AI bot I did not bother contacting you to ask for a replacement and have just returned the useless kit for a refund. The only reason you get 2 stars it arrived 2 days early.

Delivery
The delivery took too long. I ordered S25 Ultra camera lenses on February 17, 2025. Today is March 3, and I have not yet received them. So I bought lenses from another site; they delivered them in two days.

Product: a great quality product with 0 faults. I 100% recommend the privacy screen protector for the iPhone 16 pro max. It is highly durable after having accidentally dropped my phone twice with no issues. Application was smooth, without difficulty and quick.
Customer service: after mistakenly purchasing an incorrect product and struggling to return it, Panzer asked me to reach out to them who quite frankly, turned my 1* disaster review to a 5* fully recommend review.
