I recently purchased some bathroom furniture from Paramount Bathrooms with the assistance of Oliver, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great design service. Prompt delivery exactly according to the agreed timescale. Very helpful service when addressing minor issues with the order. Furniture looks lovely and the construction is robust. The units are competitively priced.

I was looking for a bathroom furniture supplier, on line. Most seem to only do fixed unit sets or a limited set of fitted ones. There were a few but Paramount Bathrooms were best for the range and price.

I visited them, in Gosport, and was impressed by the quality of the furniture. Staff were very helpful when I visited and also with putting together my order.

Delivered on time and in a very professional manner. The driver was excelent all the packages labelled correctly which made it very easy to put them where they needed to go. Probably one of the easiest deliveries I have taken for a while!

We bought 3 units and bath panels from Paramount, great selection of sizes and colours. The units were very good quality and love the fact you don’t have to build them. They look great. Issue with one panel but replaced no problem.

We ordered our new bathroom from Paramount and it's turned out really well. They kept us advised on delivery dates etc and everything came on time. We subsequently needed one extra item and they arranged next day delivery which really helped. Ou bathroom fitter was happy with the quality and we were happy with the look so all good.

As a bathroom installer I can easily tell these are really well made quality products made in the uk and great customer service to go with it. Good communication and friendly helpful staff. Only thing to keep working on is shorter lead times but they are popular for a reason lots of options and products so can see why they are so busy. Happy to use and recommend paramount bathrooms

Been communicating with this company for around 4 months designing what is best for our downstairs toilet room.
Found the company very supportive. They even produced a computer generated image of what the room would look like and were always able to answer my questions and put me at ease.
All my dealings have been with Oliver who has been nothing short of exceptional.
I am really happy with this company and look forward to the ordering arriving and been fitted. I intend to use them again for another bathroom project next year.

We've just fitted bathroom units supplied by Paramount. We think its an excellent product. Firstly the service was friendly and efficient, secondly the price was extremely competitive and thirdly the aftersales service was second to none. They modified units to suit our circumstances (removed drawers and added shelves) so that everything fitted to suit us. We had a couple of issues with a couple of panels but these were replaced with no questions asked. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom.

We just had our new kitchen from Paramount installed and we are absolutely thrilled with the result! The units are incredibly solid and heavy, with a high quality feel. The installer was so impressed he said he'd be looking to use them himself instead of his usual Howdens choice. We love the look and feel of the kitchen, it has totally transformed our home. We would highly recommend Paramount for anyone looking for a great quality, stylish kitchen.

I recently purchased the bathroom cabinets and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. They were built so well that it was quite difficult to get them upstairs, but the effort paid off in the end. I wish they could have been flat-packed so that transporting them would have been easier, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The cabinets look great and they are very sturdy. I'm sure they will last a long time and will continue to look good for years to come.

Great choice and service, the ability to modify unit sizes at very modest cost allowed us to achieve a bespoke fitment without compromising on the design of an ensuite shower room.
Delivery on time allowed fitters to complete work to schedule. This is the second time we have used Paramount and would be confident to recommend them

I purchased beautiful floor-to-ceiling wardrobes from Paramount. The wardrobes really are of the highest quality. They are very sturdy and utilise the space in my bedroom. Oliver was attentive and ensured that the product delivered was exactly what I had pictured in my mind. Thank you for your fantastic service and product. Such Unprofessionalism - PLEASE AVOID!

I usually don't write reviews however I have to add this since I feel it's necessary to let others avoid the stress, frustration and disappointment that we, as a family, have been through recently. We ordered two full sets of bathroom furniture and after a lot of delays when the items finally arrived, we faced major issues with the key items missing, basins with incorrect templates, scratches all over the furniture. The installation team came in as scheduled and upon reviewing the items found many other issues. When contacted no one bothered reaching out for 2 days. There are not even open for customer service on limited hours during the weekend. Finally I was told nothing will be refunded as they can't be "back on shelf". All they care is to sell and hardly understand the necessity of a department called customer service and the after-sales process. They don't care about the customer's sentiments or requirements. This is exactly what you don't want yourself to be associated with. Stay away from these bunch of unprofessionals who will only let you vent out your frustration on platforms like this and got nothing in place to amicably find solutions that works for both parties. I will try post more pictures and videos as a proof. Regards

Brilliant product, communication and service. Our bathroom is stunning and the units are fantastic. Manager Ollie very helpful when we needed a replacement and larger bath panel. Highly recommend to all and will use again

I went to their new showroom in Gosport and was glad I made the trip. They have a lot more colours in-store than they offer online. Very helpful and very reasonable for the quality.

We have had a number of orders with Paramount over the last 7 years and have always found the design team, customer service, products and value to be very good. It's great that they can provide custom made items, mean a very sleek finish. After 6 years of installation one of our cloakroom drawer fronts was damaged and I couldn't remember the colour name. Paramount sent me a number of samples but non matched. A member of staff ( I think it was Paul) thought it might be the same as his sons wardrobe so he removed a panel to colour compare! What other company would do that? The replacement panel did take a long time to arrive but I think they had problems with the supplier whom they rarely use these days. I recommend Paramount for large and small projects.

Spending a lot of money over the internet is always a bit of a gamble but using Paramount was a great decision. Very quick on getting back to me with design changes and quote updates.
