Paramount Bathrooms Avis 

We ordered two Marseilles Matt White wall hanging cupboards, matching pelmets and bath panel and they arrived as per the dates stated and in good condition; all as expected basically. Upon installing we decided we wanted to restrict the doors from opening too far too avoid hitting the walls so emailed requesting hinge restrictors; the response was extremely quick and the restrictors sent out the same day for no extra charge along with a link to a video for installation guidance. Will be using again soon.

We ordered the oak vanity unit for the bathroom. The solid drawer fronts are lovely. we were worried that the sink might not be large enough but we had no cause for concern and we love the shape of it.
It arrived in the specified time after receiving an update before it’s dispatch.
The only slight niggle is that the cleaning liquid bottles are too tall to stand upright, that said we still love it.

Surprisingly this was the only place in the UK where I could source black gloss fitted bathroom furniture! I chose the Gallio which is still being fitted as I write this. Despite a few problems where a couple of doors arrived scratched and one of the replacements was done in grey and not black gloss, store manager Darren was very helpful in sorting it all out, replacing the items, expediting delivery and keeping me up to date with emails. I’d use them again .

I have bought a small kitchen and utility room from them. I only bought the units as I got the worktop, sink and taps elsewhere but very pleased with the quality and the friendly service. All done via email as we live quite a way away but all went very smooth.

Nicely styled and made units if you receive what you were quoted for. Despite getting a quote for 4 shaker units they sent us mis matched units without any prior discussion or notification and basically said there was nothing they could do about it.
Very poor service indeed !

From order to delivery only took 2 weeks, shorter than I expected.

Units arrived in good order without damage and look great.

I have just had my bathroom unit delivered by a lovely delivery driver, who contacted me an hour before his arrival. I’m very happy with the item. I ordered several units for my bathroom redesign. The quality was very good and were delivered on the day requested. The variety of sizes and colours was very helpful so were the samples I was sent.

I bought a tall bathroom cupboard from Paramount for my Mum's bathroom and we received such excellent service from start to finish. From the initial ordering of samples, to my numerous phone calls with questions, through to the ordering and finally delivery, the service was brilliant, and the cupboard is great quality and was built to a bespoke size to fit the space we had. I would highly recommend Paramount

I ordered dark blue bathroom units last year which arrived in two very noticeably different blue colour tones, even after this was discussed during the order on the phone that it all has to be one colour, otherwise I wouldn’t proceed with the order. The employees later lied about our phone conversation and after a massive dispute, I claimed the money back to respray parts of the units by a professional company from my credit card company, which agreed this was an unsatisfactory service by Paramount. Nevermind the hassle and time I had to spend on this, employees and managers were dishonest and displayed rude and obnoxious behaviour. Avoid at all costs, unless you obviously want your units in noticeably different shades of the same colour and deal with a dishonest company.
