I wish I could leave no stars!

I ordered my bathroom cabinets back in July and was guaranteed delivery for 3 weeks later. However, I’ve only just received all the items and it’s taken 6 attempts. What makes it even more frustrating is the lack of communication and broken promises. Terrible customer service!

Superb service and a great quality product!

We had a fabulous service from Gosport Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. Everyone was very helpful, good quality at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the furniture with soft close on cupboard doors.

We bought some cupboard and drawer units for our new bathroom - both floor standing and wall mounted. One of the units was made to our bespoke measurements. Excellent quality, prompt delivery, very good value for money, very helpful customer service. We especially liked that it was all made in England, rather than Europe or China! Highly recommended!!

I can't praise this company enough.
I've been trying for nearly a year to get someone to make a laminated panel for my vanity unit. One call to paramount, and I received it within two weeks. Perfect fit and perfect colour match. Absolutely brilliant.

Very happy with our bathroom cabinets from quote through to supply. Changed our minds re the sizes a couple of times and nothing was a problem. Arrived when they said they would and packaged well. Good quality for Money and could not fault Monse and her colleagues for their customer service

Fantastic choice of colours and sizes.
My bathroom cupboards were ordered online and shipped from Hampshire to NW UK - arrived pristine.
Because the interiors match the doors, they are far more elegant than most other cupboards.

Will order again for downstairs :)

We ordered bathroom units from Paramount and were really delighted with both the service (the sales team helped us identify the most cost effective option for bespoke units) and the quality of the units when they arrived. The units were exactly the right size and colour was also exactly as described. We were short of one set of hinges and following a quick email, the Paramount sales team dispatched them immediately. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone considering using them.

Units arrived yesterday: great quality, great price, and very pleased. Paramount were easy to deal with, did everything as promised. No problems with delivery. Can't recommend strongly enough.

After researching and visiting many  bathroom retailers, we fortunately came across Paramount Bathrooms and so pleased we did. The quality of their furniture is outstanding.
Andrew skillfully turned my sketchy furniture requirements (including the need for a large bespoke linen cabinet for a tight alcove) into a detailed bathroom plan and the quality furniture and all of the associated accessories were manufactured to spec and delivered bang on time. 
The bathroom was a DIY project for us during lockdown and the service support provided by the Paramount team throughout enabled us to produce an outcome that we are extremely happy with.
We will certainly consider using Paramount again for our upcoming  bedroom refurbishment.

Delighted with the quality and value for money of the kitchen .The cabinets are outstanding and even the backs of the cabinets are 20mm thick.I also had a bathroom suite and that is great as well.Highly recommend and customer service very good with all questions and issues etc swiftly resolved.

A lot of reserach was put in prior to making the choice of furniture for the bathroom. We looked at the usual competition and it was either rubbish competitivly priced or reasonable quality grossly over priced. By accident we came across Paramount Bathrooms website. Checked the items and price, then made the phone call. The first impression on the phone made us want to visit the showroom. Wowed by the quality, haggled a price, bespoke item agreed. and delivered before stated date. In all highly reccommend this company. i was looking for bespoke bathroom unit , not in standard white and grey, and must've walked into 10 different bathroom places and surfed numerous online sites. I was disappointed that I couldnt find any and it was pure luck I found paramount bathrooms
I felt in love with the first few unit I saw on the website. But my worry was they were based in Portsmouth and I am based in North west. My husband told me to drop the idea straight off.
I emailed them with the structure of our bathroom and what I was looking for and told them my budget. Jack was so helpful and had lot of patience with my never ending requirements. The price was reasonable and with in my budget.

When the units arrived I was surprised as the they were strong and good quality. Much better than I had expected. Even our fitter was surprised with the quality.

I would 100% recommend 👌 paramount bathrooms for anybody who is looking for good quality units.
