My Asos return parcel went missing
My Asos return parcel went missing. I recieved a message from Chris in parcel connect to say that it had ended up in their collection hub without a returns label and that if I sent on the qr code I had recieved doing the return he would arrange for the return docket to be attached to be sent back. He was extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend enough

Very efficient
Parcel connect recently contacted me as they realised my return parcel had been sent without a label. Gave me well explained info on how to help them fix the problem. And got back to me quickly with issue resolved.

Chris and Luke have really helped me out with the process of returning my package. It arrived in their warehouse without a return slip and they made the effort to reach out to me so that I could send them the slip and get a refund. Really good customer service

Excellent customer service
I sent my order back via my local shop, but I forgot to include my returns label. Chris got intouch with me to let me know, and helped me get it sorted straight away. Incredible customer service . Thanks 😊
