Indesit Parts Avis 

It was easy to find the part I required on the website. I liked how putting in the model number it was able to tell me when I clicked the right or wrong product. The goods arrived in a timely manner and were easy to fit. No problems - one happy customer

ordered a part and paid for it.
still, the part didn't arrive two weeks and counting.

If there was a 0 rating I would rate Indesit a 0.
they keep apologising yet didn't deliver the item I paid for. I'm very angry beyond explanation.

Good original part, not the cheapest but arrived when said. Bit of a pain to fit but got there in the end. Washing machine fixed. Happy days

Exactly what I was looking for. Fits the fridge perfectly and matches the other shelf. We got it to swap for the default bottle rack that came as a top shelf but isn’t as useful as an actual shelf. Very happy to have found this.

I ordered a common part for a broken dishwasher door latch and paid extra for next day delivery. It eventually took 5 days for delivery because Hermes returned the part as undelivered.
The company apologised and refunded the extra delivery charge.
Not the best experience but not really their fault.
The part was a genuine part and worked perfectly.
Customer service was very apologetic, but a little slow to reply.
Maybe Royal Mail would be more professional and deliver on time.
Maybe I was just unlucky.

Front counterweight had broken in my Indesit washing machine. Washing machine just over 1yr old. Whirlpool sent wrong part, followed by 2 more attempts over a week,
that both arrived cracked. Long waiting times on customer services / parts admin. Eventually threw the washing machine and bought a Samsung. Easier, as they couldnt seem to supply a useable part.

My husband ordered a shelf for our cooker which only came with one shelf. He was very careful with the measurements, put the model number into the Indesit website and when the shelf arrived it was too short. He rang Indesit for a replacement and was told that he would have to pay to return the original shelf (when it was Indesit's site which was at fault) before we could get a new shelf. If I could have given no stars for the review I would have done! Completely crazy and ineffective website that needs updating as does their customer service and service!

Part delivered very quickly and it was well wrapped.

We received the oven shelf in the next days post which is an excellent service.
