It was really great! Everything I learnt was understood in a minute.

Laura gave me a great lesson to know what to expect from my Maths IGCSE exam this November. It even included some extra benefits I didn't know about, which is great!

The session was very useful and supportive

They tried to claim a late fee for registering out of time for an exam.

They had not said there was a deadline, they did not chase details until after a deadline had apparently expired. When challenged to provide evidence of the Late Fee they provided an AI summary and also provided a document which showed a Late Fee which was lower than the sum we had already paid them.

I asked to make a complaint. They did not follow their own complaint procedure and just ignored me. I believe they are fraudulent.

IN RESPONSE TO REPLY - 26TH FEBRUARY 2026

The replay doesn’t really deal with the crux of the complaint.

1. You did not mention late fees, gave no notice of impending deadlines and only chased after the deadline had passed.
2. I provided evidence from the exam board website confirming I registered in time.
3. When asked to provide evidence of the fee you provided :-

a. An AI overview saying fees may apply.
b. Evidence from a different board that I registered with.
c. Evidence of a late fee which is lower than the sum I have already paid you.

4. Your own staff did not follow your complaint policy. They ignored my initial complaint and then insisted on a number of occasions that a complaint had to be made in writing. Your own site confirms in writing is only required when a complaint is escalated, not in first instance.

Absolutely amazing! What a fantastic Organisation. Laura was so very helpful in making me to understand the maths topic. Laura worked at my pace, told me that I should not fear asking any question and gave me tips on how to understand and work through the topic. The teaching that she provided was what I wished I had received when I was at school. A subject that I loathed and was fearful of, in just 30 minutes, Laura gave me the confidence and empowerment to want to enjoy, study and learn the subject! I am very Happy!!

DO NOT pay this company a penny until they can offer you a TEST CENTRE location where you live, you will NOT get a REFUND... They will misrepresent themselves on the phone to sell their product and then REPLY on TERMS OF SERVICE to avoid paying you back...please wise up

Readers, please be careful, after requesting my refund because Pass GCSE "mislead " their services to me. I received a reply from them that I will not be REFUNDED....because i did not request a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period. This is a catch-22 situation, because any centre PASS GCSE will offer you, will be AFTER the 14-day cooling-off period... please, PLEASE DO NOT BECOME THE VICTIM ......LIKE ME..

The math support I received was really helpful. I learnt a topic I really struggled with like it was nothing.

I had a wonderful and comfortable experience with the one on one session that I have done. The tutor is nice, right on time, and I have learned what I wanted to have a recap on in a timely manner. I am feeling more confident now going into this because of it.

The face to face learning experience was tailored to what I needed, the introduction to the assets PassGCSE provides was very helpful, and the revision period helped me understand a harder topic.

It was an great session.

The session is really helpful as the things I was struggling with was explain to me in an easy way to understand and was able to answer the questions.

The maths support session today that I received from Laura was excellent. We covered a topic that I was struggling on for a while and now I understand it more better than before. She did not rush me and if I needed help she would go over the questions again until I got them correct. Thank you so much!!

Hi I’m absolutely disgusted at the fact that I will not be receiving a refund wether this was during the cooling period or not considering all you rave about on your website is the fact they your company is reliable and has high ratings out of 5 the standard and the refusal to give me a refund is atrocious considering IT IS YOUR JOB to inform me about everything before I make a purchase.That's like me going into a car dealership unsure about what car to purchase or would be best suited for me but the salesperson does not fully elaborate or explain each cars function horsepower engine it sounds ridiculous doesn’t it well that’s how I feel right now it is your JOB to inform me as a paying client of all the discrepancies including how many papers marks etc AS THE PERSON I WAS SPEAKING TO KNEW I WAS UNSURE and you can obviously hear I was if you’ve supposedly heard these phone calls that I repeatedly ask why I can do the normal GCSE what the difference was and that I’m abit new to choosing the options for the papers hence the hesitation it was not outlined to me at all that it was three papers something that your staff should be trained to do I am now having to go out of my way and pay your very “reputable” company almost £900 and additional costs to cover the actual GCSE I wanted to sit which should have been made clear by yourselves to me that the content wording of the exam and the EXAM CONSISTS OF THREE PAPERS IN ITSELF is not like normal GCSE I would have never made the purchase I really frankly don’t understand why you keep mentioning the fact that you’ve outlined to me the fact that it’s IGCSE and the only difference is the practical element doesn’t exist in the paper when I have already claimed that was mentioned to me and was never denied by myself I clearly understood that and mentioned it but what I am FUMING about is the fact that I was sold something that was not what I was looking for and was sold this as part of a tactic to obviously make me purchase furthermore I was harassed with several phone calls trying to run up the original phone call I made when querying when I was ready to mention and make the payment I would have done so I’m appalled and I’m happy to sit the GCSE maths exam with yourselfs however I would like to appeal and speak to someone of higher power or authority as speaking to anyone of normality over the phone call or email seems to just usher me away if I was in the wrong I would take full accountability in this situation however I was not made clear the full details which is something that should have been done for me and for every other student who would also be in my position therefore I would like a full refund on the IGCSE science and this case should be taken out of the refund policy you have as I'm not removing myself because I want to or because I'm not able to attend my exams it is simple because I was sold something that was not made clear to me or outlined hence being pass gcses fault I would really appreciate if you could give me a phone call tomorrow so we can take the next steps forward thank you.

This is an email from myself asking for a refund however they are denying me it even though the company in of itself did not highlight it outline the full package they were offering me leaving out key details that would not have led me to purchasing when I now ask for a refund they refuse to cooperate
