After being out of work, Path2 got me back on track. The course taught me warehouse basics, and the interview prep was excellent. I’m now in goods-in and loving it.

Unfortunately for me I had level 2 lean…
Unfortunately for me I had level 2 lean management and warehouse including health and safety qualifications already so was told I would go straight to interview process with the 6 employers in my area , this never happened no reply so I agree with other comments getting paid for training just like castlveiw, stay away this is how they earn money no prospects for the job seeker I'm afraid. (TEESSIDE) please read 1 star reviews they are the truthful ones !!! The good reviews are fake go for the course if you want messing around and promising interviews it's disgusting having people doing courses and no prospects at the end.

Tried to ignore the reviews and do the course… you are “guaranteed” an interview but not job. once completed the course I received an email same day with a link to the jobs, applied straight away and the follow day I got a email…. weren’t offered an interview. Unsuccessful 🤣 They’ll tell you people who do reviews are those who don’t pass the interview. It’s just a scam of a company who claim on people being out of work looking for work!!!

Worthwhile
I have to give 5 stars. Yes you do a 4 day course but the day after I was emailed numerous links to jobs on the Saturday. Over Monday and Tuesday I was contacted by 3 employers. I start my new job on Monday. They will get you an interview and then it's up to you. The course also offers great help in modernising your CV to stand out and be recognised through AI screening.

Was contacted by this company via phone…
Was contacted by this company via phone after applying for one of their warehouse jobs, they offered me a 4 days training course in Gateshead and sent me an email with a list of job opportunities, contacted the “opportunities” which told me they had never heard of path2solutions, also claim the course is not government funded yet ask for proof of benefit payments in the email, would avoid this scam at all costs.

Not one to throw shade but if you ever get a call from the telling you to come for 4 days training, let me tell you what happen by me first.
They called me for training 4 days I attended them all an guess what? Still no job so I would advice you to becareful, it seems as if they the ones who benefit from the training instead of the people who go for the training. But if you do want to go, go im not stopping you.

I applied for work and was told to attend an 8 days training course with a guaranteed interview at the end. I attended the course and applied for one of the jobs provided just to be told there’s no work available, I then received a phone call from an individual who said they’d look into it or send me more applications that was 2 weeks ago.

Awful company in breach of GDPR
I applied for a warehousing job via Path2 on 11th February. I really wish I had read the reviews on here beforehand. I ignored any further emails I had from them based on the negative reviews. I had a further 6 emails from them after I ignored the initial email. I emailed them on 2nd April asking for them to remove my details from their system. I had no reply and a further email on the 14th April trying to get me onto their ‘priority call list’. I filled in a contact form on their website on 14th April asking for my details to be removed. Clearly they have paid no attention as I’ve had another email from them today! I’ve left them a voicemail explaining my details haven’t been removed and that I will be contacting the ICO. It’s absolutely ridiculous how much they have bombarded me, take the hint, I don’t want to work with you!

Lost my job, needed a break and couldn’t get any replies from companies or agencies. A friend completed the Path2 course and get a job at 2 Sisters so gave it a go. I was in work within 2 weeks, and they were excellent.

Work Work
I had no skills to start with. They taught us how to stack shelves and shift boxes health and safety etc when nobody would give me a chance, The lads running it were sound, kept it chill and made sure we knew the drill. Interview wasn’t too bad. Love my new job. My mate is doing the course now.

Going Well
Logistics was all new to me, but Path2's course made it simple. A quick week of learning how to sort parcels and plan routes is no big deal. The blokes teaching us was really good with people on the course.
