If I could rate this “company” a 0 I would. A group of us applied for warehouse jobs on official websites and got told we had to complete a “COURSE” before we could start work. Our second day after giving these unprofessionals our personal information we noticed something dodgy. The course had nothing to do with warehouses but how to be “confident” whilst waiting to get an interview we was never going to receive and a job we was NEVER going to get. We had questions that needed answering so we asked the guy who claimed he knew it all. Did he even answer a valid question? No he didn’t. He claimed he knew nothing about the company he worked for and after ringing the official warehouse we applied for they knew nothing of the sort about this PATH2 scam. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I then asked what they was going to do with our personal information and Zeeshan claims all will be shredded and destroyed! I asked for proof he gave me no answers. Do not waste your time with these people and make sure you read reviews and ring before you apply.

It’s such a scam, I group of us figured this out on our second day called the places they advertised work for and what a surprise them companies had never heard of this Path2 place! Don’t waste your time with them!

The team at Path2 Solutions is fantastic. I had a problem with my phone and they managed to communicate solely through text and email to get me the job I wanted. The course was ok but I always knew it was a means to an end to getting the job. The interview led to a great job opportunity. would recommend.

They are a group of scammers scamming vulnerable job applicants to c9mplete their online form so they refer them to Castle Group who claim funding from government entities for providing useless courses. If you are reading this tell 10 other people about it and save them from get caught in their net. Stay away from both of these companies as they don't care whether you secure a job or NOT.

The support from Path2 Solutions was exceptional. Beth phoned me at least ten times to make sure I know every step throughout the process. The course was very helpful but slightly boring, and the interview process was efficient. I landed a great job.

I just completed course in Kirkby everybody I have kept contact with from course have seen no results. We are constantly trying to ring the number given 0191 516 6372. NEVER any answer. I’ve tried to email . And even place enquire message and receive no response !!

They make fake promises of interviews and the only interview you are perhaps getting is from home bargain, which could easily be done by simple
Search on Google without any reference from path2solutions. Each of the following company’s do not respond. Some people may be lazy with job search but I can honestly say I’ve applied pressure to each of employers who path2solutions claim they work with, I have sent CVs, applied over and over.

Even if not a scam it is clear hardly anybody has really benefited from this “course”

I am so grateful to Path2 Solutions. The course was engaging and informative, and the interview led to a fantastic job. would do it again if needed! Just wish it was a little quicker. But I got the job I wanted.

An absolute scam company who promises guaranteed interviews on completion of a course, when in reality they get thousands of £ of government funding for each person they manage to sign onto said course. The guaranteed interviews are also fake, since all they give you afterwards is contact numbers for local agencies that anyone can find with a simple Google search.

The most annoying thing is perhaps still receiving emails with poor spelling and grammar from them, enquiring about if I'm in a job. My guess is that they need to provide information to the government on whether the people are in work, although it's hard to tell because the person who sends these emails also enjoys boasting about how they have 5 kids. Utterly bizarre.

PATH2SOLUTIONS IS A JOKE! I’ve never dealt with a company this incompetent and unprofessional in my life. Their lack of communication is appalling—emails, calls, messages, all completely ignored. They clearly don’t care about anyone they work with. The level of disrespect and disregard they show towards candidates is absolutely disgusting!

Every single 1-star review is spot on. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. If you value your time, your career, or your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from Path2Solutions. They’re a disgrace!

Avoid this company at all cost they put you through a 5 day course with the promise of an interview at the end, it's all lies they also send you an email upon completing the course with job roles that are no longer accepting applications.

I had a great experience with Path2 Solutions. The shorts course was very beneficial, and the interview process was efficient. I secured a job quickly.

I completed a 2 weeks online course on Level 2 Certificate on Principles of Warehousing by the end of July. Before commencing the course was contacted by Path2 solutions and was informed that a lot of job opportunities are going around Derby and they named night shift at amazon, tedbaker by whom I will be straight away contacted for a 'guaranteed interview'once the course is completed.
The course itself was great and informative and I personally recommend the course if you're aiming to gain knowledge but I DO NOT recommend if your aim is to secure a job as a warehouse operative.
Before the course, I was informed that I will be sent several links and I can select from that and can apply. However, I have been sent 2 links after the course. One from Hello fresh and another from Aldi (which I could obtain from website). I applied in both for any shift time . Hello fresh straightaway rejected my application and Aldi informed me that they will let me know.
I contacted Path2 via email, informed the same and asked for night shift , they told me that the employee manager will contact me after a week as the person is on holidays ( as far as I know any organization will hand over the duty to another staff if one staff is on holiday , may be it's not the policy for Path2 solutions and I had to wait) . Meanwhile I have noticed many job advertisements on Google by Path2 solutions. When I informed Path2 solutions regarding it they said these are currently closed, when I applied via online they replied as" great news, you are shortlisted, enroll into the free training for a guaranteed interview".
After 3 weeks of completion of the course, last week I received an email from Path2 saying that they are recruiting to 2 places and reply back if interested. I expressed my interest in night shift, ( same I was saying since they contacted me first) but no replay by them also I send another email that I am still waiting for a call by the employee manager but no reply . So it's about a month now I completed the course and waiting for the "guaranteed interview".
When I contacted the job centre plus I was informed that these are government funded courses but doesn't guarantee any interview as the agency says.( I don't know what profit and or /how much revenue the agency earn by conducting the course while funded by the tax payers, which could be a good business) if you search in Google you can find many vacancies in East Midlands advertised by path2 solutions, and if you apply you will receive the message that" Great news, you are shortlisted, enroll the course". But when I emailed them the screenshot of these advertisements they said that these vacancies are already closed, meaning those advertisements are just to fetch job seekers to enroll into the course .
In nutshell, based on my experience
-- The course is informative but it doesn't lead you to a " guaranteed interview" as they promise before enrollment.
-- The jobs advertised by Path2 solutions on Google search doesn't really exist but those are just to attract job seekers to enroll into the course.
-- Applying via the link forwarded by Path2 solutions doesn't make any difference than applying straight from Google search.
-- Path2 solutions is very quick and efficient in communication by means of phone calls, texts and email UNTIL YOUR ENROLLMENT of the course and may be till the end of course. Once you have completed the course they don't really care about your emails and enquiries and hardly get a reply and will be vague as I received " employee manager will call you next week" and I am still waiting for that call though thentime time frame passed ten days ago.
I will update the review if I get a positive response in coming week.
