Poor customer service do not use this company. No way to talk to a person and would not remove a late payment off of my credit due to not knowing I was financed with them.

The prompt responsiveness and comprehensive agent made my experience good. I would have rated him with 5 had my request been fulfilled but I understand he could not make that change himself so at least he promised to get back to me tomorrow with an answer.

This company sent me threatening emails…
This company sent me threatening emails when THEY wouldn't accept the credit card they had been using for months. When I called I gave them another credit card number to THEN be told they don't take credit cards and I needed to pay with a debit card. I gave them that and paid the full balance and THEN they kept charging a $5 fee for a membership with a company that was no longer doing business with them. They charged this fee to the ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD.
