Test still hasn’t even arrived 5 days later when it advertises 24 hour results. A lot of money for a test that now might not be accurate with a week’s old samples. Really disappointed.

You should also know that sometimes the FedEx has delays for package transfer within their network which can impact delivery time.

The method of collecting the specimen is ineffective. Particularly if the nasal passages are dry. Perhaps a more thorough swab of the nasal area infected would yield a result. There is undoubtedly an infection present, as confirmed by several doctors and an ENT, but it was not possible to collect any sample, other than tissue fibers, by blowing into a tissue.

Hi DK, great question on the swabbing. The swab included with SinusKEY is designed specifically for the blow-out method, which collects mucus from the tissue.
Sinus collection would require a different swab and should only be performed by a healthcare provider to avoid injury.
The blow-out method has been reviewed and approved by medical professionals both inside and outside of MicroGenDX before use and is preferred for patient comfort.

Hi Christian, thank you for the feedback. To clarify, when you order from the patient site, a physician signs for it with the KHSS telemedicine fee that was included in the purchase price. It's meant to specifically cover physician authorization of the test, as it is disclosed at checkout when you click 'Add to cart.'

Great product and fast detailed reports with explicit information far beyond standard lab reports . Years of uti issues and I keep these on hand for immediate testing out the gate rather than chancing the multi antibiotic routines!

My kit showed up promptly with a prepaid, overnight return shipping label. My results were processed in less than 24 hrs from when the lab received my samples. The lab report was very thorough and fairly easy to understand. I did call in to ask a few questions about my lab report and the gentleman who assisted me was excellent. He thoroughly answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. Overall, my experience was nothing but positive.
