poor communication skills

poor communication skills. took down information and never got back to me with reccommendations for chairs ended up buying the table , we are now going to shop for chairs somewhere else

I purchased a patio umbrella from Patio…

I purchased a patio umbrella from Patio Living and manufactured by Treasure Garden. It arrived four weeks later. The umbrella itself is fine. The post that it inserts into has a very cheap and poor design. The company uses a hole punch that leaves a sizable gouge in the post that is very visible. They do not paint it. I contacted customer service as they do not show this in their online pictures. Since the manufacturer said that this is just how they do it, I’m now stuck with it. Other patio umbrellas that I have purchased have not had this design. It’s very noticeable and unsightly. I would not purchase this again and will strive to purchase any future patio umbrella in person.

On May 17, 2026, you placed an order for a Treasure Garden Market Aluminum 9-Foot Octagon Crank Lift Umbrella. On June 17, 2026, your order was shipped via FedEx, and it was successfully delivered on June 23, 2026.
On June 24, 2026, you contacted us to report a deep clamp mark on the lower pole where the umbrella inserts into the base. We promptly partnered with the manufacturer to investigate your concern.
On June 26, 2026, we received the following response from the manufacturer:
“We have confirmed that there is no damage to the pole. The mark is normal and is part of the manufacturing mold used in the production of the bottom pole.”
We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to investigate your concern with the manufacturer.

Easy Website & Wrought Iron

The website was easy to navigate. You carry a Woodard product that is similar to a patio set I'm trying to match that I bought many years ago. Wrought iron holds up for decades and doesn't blow away!

Great and fast process for custom quote

Great and fast process. I would have preferred that the details of my custom order were more explicit in the messages. Not having those details generates uncertainty about the product I’ll receive.
