Individual on the phone was knowledgeable, confident but down to earth. Easy to communicate with. Pleasant experience and the follow up with the quote was very timely. I thus ordered it right away!
The web-site functionality was poor or there were issues that needed to be fixed, e.g., I never received a code to set-up an account (re-tried multiple times), didn't receive a receipt of my order (ended up copying the confirmation off of the web-page).

I spent over $2000. with my transaction online, but somehow the 10% discount I'd gotten via email did not make the exchange. I called to have that rectified and was told that is not possible. I asked for a manager to speak with. In being transferred, she offered 5% instead, which I didn't understand, but OK, maybe I was at fault? She said she would credit me...but never did! Poor business practice!

I wish I could have purchased my order through Kelly who helped me but yesterday was the last day for the Memorial Day sale. We decided to go with two Woodard Briarwood spring barrel chairs with cushions. We'll purchase more chairs and a table next year.

I had a question about assembly of wrought iron patio furniture and received an answer from a real person in a chat (no talking to bots!! thankfully). Chairs don't have to be assembled and only table top needs to be attached to base. Quite the customer service that is so lacking from other online retailers. Very pleased with today's experience. Looking forward to the delivery!
