Your website has misleading statements…

Your website has misleading statements and pricing. Several items I looked at were listed as a price for one but the item is sold as two only. Thus the real price is double.

Also, your filter does not return the search based on the filtered selection.

I bought a patio umbrella and a dining…

I bought a patio umbrella and a dining set. Both on sale and hopefully will arrive in a timely fashion and in good shape. Spoke to a customer service person and she was friendly and helpful. You have great selections and love the sales. Complaint: I get 5 or 6 emails from PatioLiving daily! I’ve asked to be unsubscribed because of this. Stop!

Great selection of quality outdoor furniture.

Patio Living has a great selection of quality outdoor furniture. Their website makes it very easy to order, and to choose from many different fabrics and finishes.

The Chat Site Customer Service member, Shayla, was wonderful. She expertly assisted me with all my choices and details. Shayla was expeditious and professional.

The patio bar style set I selected was absolutely perfect for our entertainment needs! Was delivered promptly by experienced delivery guys.

Service Rep

Service Rep. did not know the breakdown of prices for A-G material, or what was less money than the others. I was not sure if the chair price was or wasn't included.

I gave the Person two types of finishes and material for the chair but only got one quote. She also said she reach out to the company for more details I asked about but she never got back to me on those questions.

Card charged when site said it was not

The website said payment did not go through and I should contact Patio Living. But it had charged my card 3 times. PL contacted me to to clear this up and reversed the charges, but that purchase experience was not positive.
