Great customer service and attention to detail

This company responded to my written inquiry and answered every one of my questions.
The online ordering process was very easy and fast.
Now it will be for the product to perform as advertised or my next comment will be regarding their customer service.

Wrong product erroneously ordered

I had submitted an order which was not the product I wanted. The original chat person, Irla (sp?) and Shayla from the sales team were both very helpful in getting me the product that I should've ordered in the first place.
Grateful for their help.

The site was easy navigate BUT it only…

The site was easy navigate BUT it only told me that my order would ship in three days, and did not give me an estimated time of arrival for the furniture. It was also not clear whether I would get updates later re when the product ships/is expected to arrive. Your ability to promptly get the merchandise to my door will determine whether I order from you again.

A+ customer service

Patio living customer service has been exceptional, and the furniture I’ve received from them has been high quality. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Simple website

Simple website, they had the outdoor sofa/chairs I needed and hopefully everything will get delivered on time. Would recommend!

The perfect wrought iron set for us

I was thrilled to find the EXACT wrought iron table and chairs that I have had for 30 years (and yes, at 30 yrs they are still in great shape!). The price was good and free shipping is awesome. With our now enlarged patio we can now easily entertain 8 people for outdoor dining!

Promotion code was a scam

I signed up for texts and emails to receive the promed 10% code. At checkout, my order did not qualify for the promotion.

Good communication

Ordering was easy, communication is very good. The only thing to make it better would have better was to have my order in stock to have it Memorial Day.
