I have ordered about 12 custom rings from Patrick Adair. Starting with a cremation ring when my lovely wife passed away. The last 2 rings: Star Dust with Peridot and Amber inlays added and Lavender Opal with Gold leaf inlays are absolutely stunning!
With the Star dust, they layed the Meteorite perfectly so that the etchings are well seen.
While it may be slightly frustrating to wait 4-6 weeks to receive the rings, they are well worth the wait.
Keeping in mind that these are custom made with a meticulous process that PAD is a relatively small company.
I could not recommend Patrick Adair rings enough!!

Customer service seems none existent. Been weeks and multiple emails with no response. Going to cancel my order and issue a charge back

I ordered a $1000 ring 1 month before my wedding thinking I would have the ring in time, however in small fine print (and nowhere in the checkout process..) there was a note saying construction would take 9-12 weeks. That wasn't a big deal initially, I got a placeholder for my wedding day and waited.

When 9 weeks came and went I asked for an update, I was told "late July". On July 22 I followed up asking for an update, no update was given other than "its taking more time than expected". In early August I followed up again and was told my ring would now ship in "late August". I asked then about a refund process and had my question ignored. On August 21st I asked what my order status was and Patrick Adair assured me things were in late production and it was still due to ship in "late August", then August came and went. In September I reached out and was told the shipping date would be "at the end of the second week in September".

Its been beyond frustrating, every communication has taken 2-4 days to get a message back, and I have to push them to communicate rather than them be proactive about reaching out. At this point I can't help but feel I've been taken on a ride and my money is gone.

In November 2025, I purchased (2) rings for my husband for Christmas. I had chosen the Glowstone Ring that held ashes as a memorial for our lab we had just lost the month prior. Once the order was submitted, that's when everything went downhill. The order was not prepared within the timeframe given at the order date. After submitting MULTIPLE emails to customer service, our order was finally shipped out. Once the order was received, it was incredibly disappointing. Little to no ashes were used at all. We reached out again MULTIPLE times to their customer service department to make the order correct. After 2 months, we finally received a reply and an offer to remake the rings. After another 2 months and many emails later, the remade rings were received. There was no improvement, and they also did not increase the size as requested.
Incredibly poor customer service, quality, and experience.

Great customer service, excellent product, and great marketing. They run excellent sales and I got my first 3 rings at a huge discount. Highly recommend.

Patrick Adair really suprised myself and my soon to be husband with our purchase. Our rings are absolutely beautifully crafted and the fit of the rings are perfect. We would definitely buy again.

I've been looking at some of the jewelry made by PAD for a while now but could not afford buy due to some life changes. But when I saw the sale, I could not pass on the offer and placed an order. I purchased the Boundless Sunken Artifact ring, the Pearl White Opal Glowstone ring and matching Cuban Link ID Bracelet on May 15, 2026, and it took a while for my order to arrive. Now, I knew from the very beginning that with a sale like that and the quality of the jewelry it would take time for my order to arrive due to PAD being overwhelmed with orders. And that is exactly what happened. I was excited when I placed my order but knew I had to be patient. When I requested an update, the response was courteous and professional, even after some confusion.

But when my order arrived, I was blown away by the quality. These items are not cheap in material nor are they cheaply made. And I am very happy with my order, and whether for myself or as a gift for someone else, I will be ordering again! And at the very minimum I'll recommend that anyone I know who is looking for quality, handmade jewelry visit PAD's website.

So, if you're in the market for jewelry you owe it to yourself to go to the Patrick Adair Design website and at least look at what they offer. You'll do yourself a disservice if you pass them by.

With hand crafted jewelry good things take time. And I'm ok with that.

Extremely disappointing experience – do not buy

Paid $1,000 for a custom wedding band in October 2025. It took 8 months to arrive, missed our wedding, was the wrong size, looked significantly different from the advertised product, and was missing the engraving I paid for. I was then required to pay return shipping to the US for them to correct the ring, only for it to still not be provided as ordered. After months of back-and-forth, the company agreed to a USD $350 refund, then withdrew the offer, citing it had been 'too long' since it was ordered and has now stopped responding to my emails. It is now August 2026 and this matter still has not been resolved. Extremely unprofessional from start to finish — I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My order was for a meteorite cross. The cross is strong, very well made, and overall very beautiful!! The chain is also very nice. It was very well well packaged. I am very pleased with my order, and I very highly recommend Patrickadsirdesigns for your next purchase. All their products are unique!

They addressed the issue and corrected the problem. The rings I received were beautiful and very high quality. I am very pleased.

The customer service sucks! I ordered a custom cremation ring with my late husbands ashes and the material used on the band is causing my finger to break out in hives and I can’t get them to help me. On top of which, I paid extra for more glow stuff and it hardly glows at all. The free ring was broken and it was just an overall bad experience

My 3 rings — Pearl White Opal Glowstone Stackable Ring, Lavender Opal Glowstone Stackable Ring on Cobalt Chrome, and Orange Fire Opal Glowstone Stackable Ring — are absolutely gorgeous!!! 💯💯💯 They are so very professionally crafted!!!

They were well worth the wait. I can’t wait to wear them. I’m so very happy!!! 😘

I can honestly say I was a little sceptical while I was making my 1st purchase of these Patrick Adair rings. But after I received them, seen and felt the quality of them I was thrilled with them. So thrilled I purchased another 3, I have 5 rings now and love them all! Thank you!

They only get one star because negative stars are not available. I ordered a graduation gift and was told 4-6 weeks. We are now approaching 6 months with no actual estimated timeframe on when I may receive my pendants. They refused to refund my purchase until this month, now they have said they will offer a 50% refund if I decide to cancel my order. This is a scam!

This company makes great products and responds quickly to questions. The necklaces I orders are beautiful. I love them.

The item I received looked NOTHING like what was advertised. Furthermore I paid a premium for additional “glow” material, and yet even in a dark room the glow effect lasted mere minutes and was barely distinguishable. The free gift was also borderline patronizing. The website shows a variety of high end pendants and rings that are given as gifts. The pendant I received looked like it cost less than $10.
I’m also still waiting for half my order. Thoroughly shocked and disappointed. I wish I’d done more research and looked at the negative reviews instead of the positive before I ordered. Their custom service isn’t replying so, like everyone else, I will have no option but to file a charge back…

Had the ring less than two years, and it broke it in half. I never wore it doing anything physical, and I also took it off if it thought something would be too rough for it. It hit my tile floor from less than 5 ft and split in half. They have a “lifetime” warranty that is only a year. What a joke.

This company sounds like a scam. I ordered necklaces and bracelets back in May and it's now July - still no news. Buyer beware.

Beautifully designed rings with my beloved puppies ashes infused. Worth the wait! Love my rings!!
