This company did not manufacture our rings in the United States, but claim to us that they do. The turnaround times for manufacturing exceed their promise. They blatantly lie to customers with their customer service responses and the claims they make on their website are blatant lies. The shipping tracking numbers which are accurate show our packages originating out of CHINA. If you look on Amazon and TEMU, they're the same picture of product, but marked up drastically. When you correspond with this company, a BOT responds to you with a non-genuine response. I would stay far away from this company if you're looking for a product made on time, manufacturing to be made in the United States, and customer service to be an actual person. We had to purchase other rings so that we would have them on time when we ordered these in advance within the timeframe of the website. The claims made on their website are a lie. fyi.

I got the fire opal ring which was quite nice. However it has since broken three times. Twice they gave me a reasonable discount for a remake but after the third break they no longer offered this. So take it for what it's worth. It's a lovely ring. Yes it's probably a brittle material but it seems like they should do something to make it stronger.

What an awful experience. Buy a ring, get 2 free ones. I received the free two rings pretty quick. After a month and a half I reached out to be told they no longer have my size available. The lack of communication is horrible.

Bought a ring for my wife and somehow it developed a small chip in the glow part of the ring. After jumping through many hoops I was told basically to buy a new one and was offered a small percentage off. These rings are marketed with a lifetime warranty, so why should I buy another when this could be repaired fairly easy by a professional. The communication is extremely slow at best, don’t feel valued as a customer. I’ve done business with this company multiple times spent thousands, I won’t be doing anymore business unless they’re giving it to me fee free. I’ve bought less expensive rings and received better service hands down.

It takes ok 9 weeks to get my rings. I was promised 4-6 weeks. They are not exciting at all. Nothing like the promotional pics. I am disappointed. I can’t find a way to add pictures on here or I would. The glow stone doesn’t glow.

Ordered through the promotion for 1 ring + 1 free ring. Their website says 2-4 weeks to receive my order, but didn't get it for 3 months. The rings do look good, but the communication needs work. When you email them for updates, it takes 3 days for them to get back to you. Also did not receive any tracking number even though they said they'll email you one once it's been shipped, so I was left in the dark about when I would get it. When I finally recieved the rings, the shipping label said it comes from somewhere in China

Honestly they make beautiful rings but it’s impossible to reach out to them. Sent my ring in February and still haven’t received it by June. I was told it would take 6 weeks but I still haven’t seen it in almost 5 months. Absolutely ridiculous!

You guys were so patient and asked for all the details needed to get my husband the perfect new ring and just in time for our wedding anniversary too. =D

The original color of my husband's ring wasn't available, but Patrick Adair Design has so many options and the ring turned on beautifully. When my husband saw it, it was so pleasantly surprise. The color was stunning and he loved it!

To us, Patrick Adair Design is true testament to craftsmanship in this modern age. The customer service is amazing and so detailed. We are so glad that we have found you to make the wedding ring.

No tracking information... extremely poor communication. They ship high value items by GOFO not even USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS. My order was misdelivered and I was noticed because I contact Patrick Adair Regarding my order. AVOID THIS SELLER

I was pleased with my order! It takes a bit but the results are worth it. My girl & I got matching rings and they are beautiful! I love them enough that I ordered her a necklace im waiting on now! (Shhh don't tell her!)

Good email response, takes a few days but consistantly human responses. Excellent quality rings. What you ses in the pictures is what you get. Only thing I would recommend is getting your ring sizes from a professional as the sizer they sent was a 12.5 for my middle fingers but the rings only fit my ring fingers. They look and feel great.

My glowstone rings should be shipped in 2-4 weeks.
When I noticed nothing is happening with order after 4 weeks I tried to contact them but no answer. Received aprox in 7 weeks.
I order within the promotion 1+1free+1 mystery ring. The mystery ring came in as just the simpliest pice of metal ring.
The custom glowstone ring have just a dimm glow even when I choosed to add more glow powder also it glows more greenish than aqua.
Oposite to that the winters howl ring I got for free glows nicely and looks exactly as on website.
They added some free necklage to my order but not a single thing says what is it made of.
I would say the products are good but IT IS MISSING THE STORY which I thought I would get by ordering from PAD - not even single paper included with some description of used materials.
Also it was transported via China airline so it makes me question the true country of origin.

I ordered a ring as a replacement wedding band. I got one with extra moonstone because I liked the glow in the images. It took about 4 weeks to get the ring which is what I expected. The craftsmanship is superb. I was surprised to wake up at 4 in the morning and it still glowed. I got 2 rings for the price of one and customer service was fast.

The customer support that I received was absolutely amazing. I love my necklace and earring set beautifully crafted and I really like the colors. I also ordered a wedding set they are absolutely beautiful

Horrible customer service and unprofessional! I ordered a ring and pendant back around Black Friday 2025. It is now memorial day and the order has not been fulfilled. They were to use cremated ashes of a loved one. I received the ring and the ashes back about 6 weeks ag and I have yet to receive the pendant though they are saying that they have used the remains. For the rings. After getting the remains back. It looks like nothing was used. I also asked for glostone and it seems like the glowstones in the ring doesn't even work after 2 months of use.

I have asked for a refund 2 times now and have received nothing but empty assurities that the remains were used and I will get the pendant soon. This is all B's at this point. 6 months and the order hasn't been fulfilled but also the fact that this was to commemorate a loved one, it is completely unacceptable. The canned AI responses are insult to injury. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a ring for my husband that was NOT cheap. It was supposed to be quality materials. It snapped in half randomly less than a year after getting it. He only wore it on Sundays to church and date nights. I contacted them and they told me since I didn’t pay for some warranty that I didn’t even see an option for that we had to pay $200 for a new ring. This is faulty materials! For him to rarely wear it to take care of it and it literally broke in half putting it on. Terrible policies and customer service.
