GREAT STAFF
I went to the Designer Outlet West Midlands today in search of a bag to match a pair of boots, which I previously had difficulty matching. I was greeted by Jo who was very friendly and helpful. She found me the perfect bag for my boots and I’m very happy with it. Well done Jo and thank you, I’ll definitely be back.

I went into Paul Costelloe at mcarthur…
I went into Paul Costelloe at mcarthur glen Cannock on Thursday 18th February 2026.
I was looking at a few different bags, unsure which one would be suitable for what I needed.
A lovely sales assistant Sam helped me greatly, even modelling the bags so I could see how they would look!
She was a great help, non pushy and let me take my time deciding which would be best for me, truly a wonderful asset to the business.
I made my purchase and will be returning very soon as my eye was caught by a few more bags!
The quality is fabulous and I look forward to getting my next one!

MacArthur Glen store Cannock
Went to the MacArthur Glen store in Cannock yesterday, was served by Jo. She was so kind and helpful and made my experience a good one. I chose several items but kept changing my mind on colours. I apologised but was told not to worry she was happy to change them for me. The quality of the products is excellent and the choice of products and colours unbelievable. I will definitely be back. Definitely worth a visit if you’ve not yet been!

Love this shop
I love this shop. Everything is of high quality at such good prices and the shop assistants are very knowledgeable and super friendly especially Jo. I go in regularly with my mum and if Jo is in she always shows us new stock and things she thinks might interest us.

So here it is.. went in knowing she wanted a new purse as there was a big hint in January.
So come the big V-day in February I got the hint.. so went in the Swindon outlet store not having a clue really apart from it’s got to be this big and be able to take lots of cards coins and notes with space for all the little pieces of paper she loves to keep too.. was in there for a good 25/30 mins was seen and spoken to straight away with a friendly happy smile and we went through everything and finally found one that I thought would fit for a perfect gift… and I must say two days after the 14 she loved it and telling me that I was absolutely amazing and how did I know what she wanted the colour the compartment the space was just what she likes..
So I must give a big thank you too Winnie for all her help and time getting the right choice..

Well a very good selection of bags and…
Well a very good selection of bags and purses an all different colours, I bought a bag and matching purse and was well happy, the prices are excellent, the staff are all lovely especially Jo who served me, what a beautiful person, has a little chat with you which I think is lovely, so I will definitely be buying from there again, and would highly recommend for anyone to go , a very clean shop as well , and it’s on my doorstep in cannock.

I recently bought two leather bags and I honestly can’t praise this place enough. The entire experience was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The customer service was truly outstanding, and a special thank you to Winnie and Katty at the Swindon branch, they were amazing!
They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. Their product knowledge was excellent, and they were friendly, professional, and made the whole shopping experience feel easy, enjoyable, and genuinely memorable. It’s rare these days to receive such a fantastic customer experience, but they absolutely delivered.
The quality of the leather bags is incredible, you can instantly feel the craftsmanship and durability. These bags feel built to last, look premium, and I’m confident I’ll be using them for years to come.
What really impressed me as well was the huge variety of choices, especially for men. I didn’t just have one or two options I could choose from loads of different styles and products including belts, accessories, gloves, laptop bags, travel bags, and so many other great items. Honestly, it’s a shop full of goodies!
I highly recommend that any man visiting Swindon takes the time to visit this store you will walk out with top quality products and a massive smile on your face. Swindon branch is the best!
