I went to Pavers in Taverham, Norfolk. The lovely lady there was so kind and helpful, not pushy or hovering over me. It was such a lovely experience that I bought 2 pairs of Boots
I wish I knew her name because I highly recommend her to help you

I order trainers from this company in August and I was waiting for the delivery but a few days after I ordered I received an email saying I had requested a refund but I haven't,a few emails went back and forth I was trying to explain that I had not received the trainers yet so why would I requested a refund , I thought I had made it clear I wanted the trainers, on checking my bank account money had been returned minus my p&p, I tried e.mailing again, but the person on the other end said wrong department and would pass to other department for them to deal with my complaint, I still have not heard from anyone from pavers

Sales person could not have been more helpful. Visited in store at Hilliers garden centre Stone Cross, Pevensey bought 3 pairs for my wife and myself

Excellent selection of trainers, shoes, slippers and bags etc. They also cater for wider fitting. Staff also very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

Staff were very attentive & kind to an elderly lady which enabled the sale of a Handbag to my Mother in law . It was just what she was looking for . As she so does love quality in what she buys this was given by Pavers with reasonable prices .

Absolutely fabulous staff, at 40 Southwater Telford shopping centre, so helpful without being pushy. Which is the best type of service. Actually found so many shoes that fit me which never happens being a size 2 or 3 in wide fit and bought 6 pairs because it was such a lovely place and I actually could! Fantastic shopping experience will 100% be back for more in the future.

I bought a pair of boots in York Outlet store. A few days later I went to spray protection on the boots, and realised they were actually a size 5, and I thought they were size 6. I phoned up the store, and they did not have any size 6. However, they found some in Hull. Katie (York store), phoned Hull to confirm they actually had the boots , and after a few issues, got Karen (Hull Store) to put the boots aside for me to try the next day. In Hull, both Karen and Debbie gave me loads of time and advice, and I ended up exchanging the boots for the size 6. A huge thank you to Katie, Karen and Debbie for all your patience, and effort.

I ordered a pair of boots but Royal Mail lost them straight away customer service gave me a refund and very helpful and keep you up to date, I then picked another pair of boots and received them straight away and they was great very comfortable and look good on.
