Don't go near this company...they are liars and cheats
Still awaiting a delivery that was returned to Shanghai when questioned was told by Elena that they cannot issue refund until 60 days and to return to Germany the cost of which I am responsible for.

Scam company. Products nothing like photo. Very cheap and poorly made probably in China. You have to pay postage to Germany to return items which makes it impractical.

Eventually received the ducks. The ad claims that these are chew proof and virtually indestructible… ours lasted 2 minutes! They are the thinnest material and very poorly stitched so I wasn’t expecting great things but 2 minutes was ridiculous for how expensive they were.
I’ve messaged as they say they have a guarantee if your dog doesn’t like them, but, like a lot of people, I’ve been ignored.

Firstly this company is not UK based but German, therefore if you receive an item that's not as expected you have to pay return postage to Dusseldorf!
Received items for my dog (weimaraner) after delayed delivery. Purchased 3x indestructible robe toys - much smaller than expected & rope quite thin - very much doubt they'll last a week! Calming duck - he did like this - 20 mins & fluff coming out! Plush chew buddy - again won't last, not substantial.
They cost of these items suggested quality - they are not.
Customer service did respond as queried delay & later return, but very much standard responses. Don't waste your time, better quality cheaper elsewhere.

Placed order beginning of December and never received, when emailed they told me it’s not their problem and nothing they can do once it’s with the delivery company.

Will have to claim back through credit card.

Do not waste £19 on this piece of dangerous rubbish !!!!Does not fit the description and my Afghan Hound ripped it apart in 5 minutes ,revealing cheap stuffing and the squeaker wrapped in a plastic bag with rubber band round it !!!! Horrified ,my dog could have choked to death .Have emailed and sent photos , and have been told I have to pay postage to send it to Germany , to get a refund . So I will be out of pocket to return the shoddy purchase . The discriptions online should be taken off , false advertising that may kill or injure your beloved pet.!!!!

Why didn't I check the reviews on Trustpilot first? Placed my order early December. Website implies that company is in UK. Surprised to see the payment on my bank account shows Dusseldorf but still expected my 2 ducks within 10 days. Absolutely rubbish 'free gift' received of an ebook telling me how to look after my dog. Still not received my order. Tracking doesn't work. Had 3 updates saying they are very busy. Now can see the ducks are coming from China.
No response to my emails.
Total scam company. Very disappointed, but by the looks of other reviews the ducks are total rubbish anyway. Thats another £28 down the drain!

Calming duck ordered over 3 weeks ago has not arrived. No response from seller so initiated dispute with my bank who refunded temporarily while they contact co bank to claim back the cash. Thought they were UK but appears it comes from China.

Dog toy (duck) ordered for a Christmas present at the beginning of December. It arrived on Christmas Eve, ...too late. Returning wasn't easy and in the end I kept it. The return address was in Germany and they insisted that they would not refund postage. A waste of nearly £20 but I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. lesson learned!! should have checked them out before ordering.

Please do not waste your money on this company. They advertise fast delivery…… no over 3 weeks wait for delivery from China! They advertise durable again no …… within 2 hours my Labrador has successfully remove a wing from the calming duck and the stuffing is all over the floor!
Their customer service is shocking ….. no responses to complaints and don’t even try to a refund!

The delivery was promised for Christmas, it was coming from China and there was no way it could arrive on time but I didn’t realise it was a Chinese company until after I had paid. The payments are very confusing and I ended up spending a lot more than I thought. I tried to cancel the order but you cannot get a response from customer services. It eventually arrived after Christmas and I cannot get any response from them even though I’ve tried all of the channels on the website. No one has answered to say how I return it and how I get my refund. I have not opened the goods to see what they are like because I don’t need them. I just want to return them. Do not open the packaging as I have looked on the website and it says that if the packaging is disturbed at all they will not refund.

ordered an item on the 8th december advertised as being shipped from the uk and will get it in time for christmas, its now the 30th december and still no sign, tried emailing but they say its a busy time of the year, they refuse to refund our money. companies house say the company had gone into liquidation some time age and shouldnt be trading.

Ordered on 9 dec , have contacted them 3 times and told delayed due to black friday / busy period etc etc
Tracking info does not work
I paid by paypal and tried to raise a complaint but paypal said I have to wait until June 2026 !! , not sure why that is ...

Item ordered on 16 December email received saying the order was delayed due to the carriers, Evri, being extremely busy. Sent two chasing emails and they say they will follow up the order if I haven’t received it in 60 days!!!! I’m raising this as a dispute with my card company!!

Update: three more emails from them clearly on an automated response saying exactly the same thing!!! I will definitely be going back to my credit card company!

Facebook should NOT be advertising goods from companies like this!!!!

I have now received a request via Trust Pilot to supply the company with more info.

The email below is the one i received (more than once) from them prior to my posting this review; not sure how much more info they need! Think I’ve kissed goodbye to my money!

Update: toys arrived today but going straight in the bin as they are so poorly made the dogs would destroy them in minutes! Will order from Amazon in future!!!

I ordered 22.11.25 I have received nothing paw love are not responding to e mail I’ve sent at least 10 had 1 response stating they will only look into after 69 days.

Ordered the calming ducks on 10th December and still waiting for them. They emailed saying delays with shipment but it’s been in transit ever since now no tracking info. Like others wish I’d read the reviews. Avoid avoid avoid

This only has 1 star because I HAVE to give 1 star. I made an order 30th November and 1 month later I still have no shipping updates and no item. I have emailed twice and been ignored. I will be taking this further. Horrific company STAY AWAY!!!

Like everyone else, I ordered 2 dog toys on the 10th December and still not received them on 29th December. They originally said it was delayed due to demand then they said it was with the carrier but they couldn’t tell me who the carrier was. Now not responding to emails!!!

Camping duck ripped in seconds ,paid £17 what a rip off ,reported to trading standards ,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ,also took 23 days to arrive ,asked for refund no reply

Pulled apart in less then 3 minutes to find a plastic bag with a squeak and wool fluff inside , my dog could have choked to death with this toy I have evidence which I have sent to the company , no reply as yet but furious 😡
