If I could put a minus, I would, elena, my new Bessie mate is a total fraud, as is the company, ordered early December, now realise after seeing Trust Pilot, that this is a SCAM, I really feel stoopid, we think it’ll never happen to us, WELL IT DIES

Absolute sham of a company.
Placed my order on the 13th December, still no sign of it. I’ve emailed now 3 times ‘Elena’ replied twice basically saying it’s on its way.
Why did I assume this item was arriving from the UK?! Obviously a pile of crap en route from China.
Update. January 15th. Still no sign of it
Update #2. Arrived today, 17th January. Within 3 hours my cockerpoo had ripped it open and removed some of the stuffing. If you didn’t laugh…..

Contact their email and keep getting fobbed off with its in transit even though the tracking number is showing has never left country of origin where ever that maybe

Ordered on the 16 th December Two calming ducks 🦆, THEY HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.IVE MESSAGED NUMEROUS TIMES AND HAD NOTHING,After reading the reviews I doubt whether it will. I will never order anything from a facebook ad ever again .

I wish I have checked this review before I ordered some items. I punched the items on 8th December for Christmas gift. It’s 2nd January now, still not received the items. Very hard to track the item. I didn’t realized it was no in UK company.

Do NOT order from this company. Pawlove UK are in China. No refunds until 60 days after ordering. They have no control over delivery once passed to their shipping company and tracking is not updated. Email responses to my complaints are polite but ignoring issues and passing all responsibility on to the shipping company who they have no control over. Another SCAM.

It seems me along with many other people have been taken in by this scam. The lesson to be learned is always check Trust Pilot before ordering anything.

This company has you waiting weeks for delivery, and also underpays postage so you have to pay the remaining postage to Royal Mail before you can receive your item. Avoid at all costs.

I would say - if I could one star is too many. I thought I ordered the ducks but hadn’t It was ordered on 30/11 and arrived 31/12. I asked for a refund and was refused. Such bad. Customer service Don’t waste your time. Better off going to Poundland.

Bought a calming duck and pull toy on the 5th Dec. Still hadn't arrived by Christmas. Emailed and they refused to refund. Came on the 27th Dec. My dog had them both for less than 2 hours and had ripped them both to pieces

Complete waste of money. My dog destroyed it in 5 minutes, also dangerous as the squeaky thing inside was wrapped in plastic and held in place with an elastic band. So that could have incurred an expensive vet visit!!
Totally irresponsible.

Waste of money don’t bother!
Waited over 3 weeks for it and then my dog who is 10years old destroyed it in 2 mins!

Let’s clear something up immediately: Pawlove claims to be based in Germany. It isn’t.
This operation is very clearly Chinese drop-shipping dressed up as a European company, and a particularly rotten example of it.

We placed an order.
The product never arrived.

What did we get instead?
• ❌ No tracking number
• ❌ No carrier name
• ❌ No shipment confirmation
• ❌ No proof the item ever existed
• ❌ No human response

Only endless boilerplate emails—copy-and-paste nonsense designed to delay, frustrate, and eventually exhaust you into giving up. Every request for basic consumer information (“What courier?”, “What tracking number?”, “When was it dispatched?”) was ignored.

This is not a company behaving badly.
This is not incompetence.
This is a patterned operation designed to take money and provide nothing.

Calling Pawlove a “business” is generous. It behaves more like a payment funnel feeding a void, where accountability goes to die. There is no meaningful customer service, no transparency, and no intention to resolve disputes.

Warning to anyone reading this:
If you value your money, your time, or your sanity—do not order from Pawlove. What you are dealing with is not a legitimate European retailer but a facade for an overseas scam model that relies on fake branding, vague promises, and automated deflection.

The only thing Pawlove delivers reliably is disappointment.

Consumers deserve better.
Regulators should take notice.
And this operation deserves maximum scrutiny, chargebacks, and exposure—because sunlight is the only thing that stops scams like this.

Waste of money. Coming from China and took over 4 weeks.
Shoddy and waste of money.

The 2 ducks I received were both destroyed by my dogs within 5 minutes. Pawlove have refused a refund as I ordered the ducks in November but they weren't actually used until Christmas day. After sending several emails they asked me to return the ducks to an address in Germany at own expense then they would consider a refund. I refused to pay the postage costs and my emails are now being ignored.

Bought a dog toy. Firstly I hadn’t realised I wasn’t buying from a uk company. My fault the website having .uk on the end didn’t make me think anything. Anyhow weeks later the toy came. Honestly cheap & nasty. What I paid vs what I got was astounding. Wouldn’t have paid £5 for it never mind three times as much.

Awful - waited nearly a month for calming duck to arrive and within 5 minutes of being given to our spaniel the stitches came apart. Definitely not as described on website and I have to pay to return faulty goods to Germany. Won't use this company again

Totally untrue to state that the duck is durable! Most toys last a couple of days with our boy, this lasted about an hour before it's head was ripped off revealing a plastic tube, wrapped in a plastic bag (the squeaker), which he would have eaten had i not managed to grab it first. Poorly made, dangerous product
