Ordered x 3 calming ducks as Christmas presents 10/12/25.
Have yet to receive my order !
Have emailed twice and they blame the delivery company, saying they are very busy ?
I feel so stupid, having paid on the said date above.
This is a scam company and I would advise anyone to steer clear of them.
Don’t waste time and money .
I really don’t feel they even deserve a one star on Trustpilot .

Ordered from this company and paid in full for items on 11th December.
Still waiting after chasing many times.no tracking details provided and being constantly fobbed off.
Do not order from this company under any circumstances.its most likely a scam!

Absolute joke of a company , total scam I’ve given one star because you can’t give zero, ordered 2 items a month a go and still showing as in China , no response after multiple emails , tracker is worse than useless, tried to get refund off PayPal but you have to wait 6 months before opening a dispute, so they can bank everyone’s money for 6 months and cash in the interest

if only i had read the reviews first!! ordered early December and am still waiting despite being told my order had shipped on 13/12. Im told a refund will only be given once 60 days have elapsed since the shipment date - awful! do not buy from tis company

Placed an order at the beginning of December and still waiting. Have been advised they won't do anything until I have waited 60 DAYS!!!! Poor customer service. Would not order again.

Pawlove is scam the site has now closed and Paw love parcel tracking is a invalid address so no chance of track them it could a job for Watch Dog 🇬🇧

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

ORDERED 2 DUCKS, WAITED ALMOST A MONTH FOR DELIVERY - RECEIVED AND WITHIN 2 MINUTES MY DOGS HAD GOT THE STUFFING OUT, EMAILED AND HAD NO RESPONSE EVEN THOUGH WEBSITE STATES 30 DAY MONEY BACK. MASSIVE SCAM, POUND SHOP QUALITY!!

I placed an order at the start of December and have still not received the product.
The tracking details do not work - item not found !
I cannot believe that 'SHOP' associate themselves with such an untrustworthy organisation.
Are they legitimate - I doubt it, but my advice is to avoid them at all costs.

I ordered two items on 9/22/2025 for my pet for Christmas. Money has been taken straight away but I have yet to receive my order. Despite chasing numerous times without any replies to emails. There is no phone number to contact them!

Total shite, not from uk. Took a month to arrive. Lasted 1 minute. Refunded via paypal

Ordered 8th December 2025, received today 5th January 2026. To add insult to injury it lasted 5 minutes before it was literally torn to pieces. Save your money, don't bother ordering the useless calming duck

Ordered a product weeks before Christmas. Still hasn’t arrived. Please do not waste your money on using this company. If I could rate no stars, I would!!

Dont even deserve 1 star! One of the worst companies to deal with and wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as the reviews are 100% accurate. I ordered way before Christmas and was assured my item would be here in time and still waiting to this very day. No updates from the company, then when contacted, which by the way isnt easy either to get in touch, true to form wait ages for a response to then be no further forward as its the same excuse we are awaiting a shipping update. Will never order from here again and maybe some consumer ombudsman should get involved given the amount of extremely disatisfied customers, Pawlove are a disgrace, happy to take your money, quick enough to do that, however keep you waiting and waiting and their sheer ignorance and incompetence cant even offer updates and its down to the customer to keep chasing and always same excuse, they dont know or cant give answers regarding shipping! Dosent sound like my product will be worth the wait either judging by reviews on here also 😡

The order is disptached from the UK address, 153 Blakeney Way, Cannock, WS11 8LD (this is the return address on the package). However, when you want to return a faulty or late delivery item, they asked you to pay the return postage to Dusseldorf in Germany.

Very poor delivery, I would not have placed an order if I’d have known it was a drop shipping company.
No clear details given when asked about delivery times, only that it has been sent and it’s out of their hands after that…

The toy arrived damaged in that the squeaker isn't working and what sounds like a plastic bag inside, badly packaged, folded in half in small plastic envelope; have written to company twice, no reply received; I don't want to say its a crap toy but beginning to look like it; not value for money; very disappointed; customer service needs improving 100%; don't buy before reading reviews,

Ordered in December, in time for Xmas, but delayed order. No useful updates. Eventually the product arrived (3.1.26) & it's nothing special. A cheaply made dog soft toy you can buy at the supermarket for £3.99. Within one hour, this indestructible toy had it's stuffing covering our floor. (Our dog is not particularly destructive.) In hindsight, I don't know why I believed their website reviews that said these toys are good for separation anxiety (the main reason we gave these products a go), as nothing about the product suggests they would have such powers!

Horrendous ordered 13th December still not arrived no tracking info, told to be more patient. Will have to dispute through bank DO NOT USE

Order placed 12th December. Item not received by delivery company. Told can’t have refund as it has been dispatched and if by any chance it does arrive and I want to return it I have to pay for the return. Return address is in Germany so probably more to return than I paid for the item.

Ordered in November still no sign of my order. Company is a SCAM! Taken my money and sent a Chinese tracking number but doesn’t exist! AVOID!
