Please don’t waste your money , go to the Pound shop they have better quality toys. Plus you don’t get a refund. It’s a fancy site with one meaning SCAM.

What a total waste of money!! Waited weeks to arrive finally did. Max broke the world record and destroyed the supposedly indestructible toy in 10 seconds flat. Floor covered in plastic bags and stuffing. How do these companies get away with it? Also, zero stars for Facebook who allow all these scam companies to advertise their ‘products’ to rip us off

The company claims the yellow duck is effective in supporting separation anxiety and that it is robust. My dog managed to pull out the stuffing and a plastic bag containing the squeaker in less than an hour. If I hadn’t been at home he could have choked on it. It also states a 30 day money back guarantee. I emailed them twice and never heard anything. I tried to put a review online but it wouldn’t allow a low star review and directed me to a page asking what was wrong with the product. This product is unsafe to leave with a dog

My dog destroyed in 5 mins. I complained and got this appalling response.

Absolutely 100% a scam.

Ordered a calming duck based off reviews which claimed it to be indestructible. When it eventually arrived, it was anything but. Cheap Chinese made mass produced rubbish. I'm now doing a claim back through the bank as they refuse to arrange a refund at their cost which is contrary to sale of goods act in the UK.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 calming ducks in 3rd December as Christmas presents for my dogs. They only arrived today (8th Jan). The packaging was damaged and the contents stank of some really strong perfume or something. I contacted Pawlove multiple times to see where these ducks were as the tracking information never updated. All they ever said was it had been dispatched. Within 60 seconds of giving the ducks to my dogs the legs were off and entire innards gone! Please don’t waste your money!

Utter shite. Describing them as cheap and nasty would be an enormous compliment.
Their site is full of fake reviews. If you leave a review for their products they do not show them

I believe this company to be a scam, ordered a calming duck on the 15th December and I am still waiting to this day, they repeatly send the same email as an excuse, I will never buy from these people again, I just wish I knew how to report them

Ordered 2 of their Calming Ducks, took six weeks to arrive, dogs had destroyed them in less than 5 minutes absolute waste of money I could have bought a dozen dog toys of the same quality from the local pound shop for the same I paid for these

The tracking says that the item was delivered two hours ago,Ihave been sat working in my bay window right next to my door since 7.15am today the 8th January.NO DELIVERY this is a scam do not deal with this company.

Would be the same as all the other reviews…so be aware.

No tracking info and/story changes each time. Shipped in December (apparently) with one carrier, no update since then and now it’s got a completely new tracking number with a totally different carrier.

Based in China and has no idea how things should work.

Completely avoid.

I so wished I had read the reviews before making a purchase. Still not received my order placed on the 15-12-25. Clearly the customer service is non existent and they have no morals about taking people’s money and not supplying the goods. Avoid at all costs

Absolute rubbish! Ordered the duck took a month to come! Destroyed in 3 mins but inside it had plastic! Complete waste of money! Do not buy

Not even worth one star. Puppy demolished the duck in less than one minute, it literally ripped at the seams. I also spent £18 on a feeding mat which is like a cheap doormat it is not waterproof and has also gone straight in the bin. £50 Down the toilet

I would not recommend buying from this company, takes ages to arrive, and when my duck arrived it lasted less than 2 minutes with Dolly my miniature poodle, plastic inside with a hard squeaky thing, very dangerous, poor quality, not only has the duck been ripped, I've been ripped off!

Bought one on 9.12.25. Just received it 7.1.26. Supposed to be a CALMING duck. My puppy went berserk. Had to take it away and hide as it was as though it had something in it to hype him up not calm him down.
Definitely not worth the money because of the above and the material would not have lasted very long

They advertised everywere and people buy but they can not deliver the items..

Still waiting for our item - issue with the company they use to ferry the products.

Multiple issue when you check the status of your order

If you email customer support you will get a response blaming the courier - which seems to be an ongoing issue and they should look at other options.

They set there refund for none delivery after 60 days..

I would strongly advised using another company..

Scam Company, avoid at all costs!

I recently purchased the Calming Duck and plush chew buddy which was advertised as having “double-mesh reinforced construction” and “built to survive anxious chewing — not toys that rip in 5 minutes.”

Unfortunately, the toy lasted less than five minutes before being completely destroyed. This is in direct contradiction to the product description and claims made at the point of sale.

Given the emphasis on durability and suitability for anxious chewers, I expected a product of reasonable quality and strength. What I received was extremely poor quality and not fit for the purpose it was advertised for. There was also a very long wait on delivery!

The item clearly does not meet the standards described and despite me contacting the company to complain and it states if unhappy with product they will refund, I have been ignored on there contact details and social media and they are yet to respond!

These aren’t cheap toys, don’t waste your money! Very disappointing and wasted my own money on a company providing false advertisement
