Still waiting for my order which was made in December. I’m told it’s on its way but I don’t believe it is. Communication very poor. Am trying to get my money back

Do not order from this company I wish I had read the review first ordered 14 th dec 25 still not arrived I get a response each email I send but always apologising and saying it’s with the carrier so they can’t cancel absolutely disgusting company

Ordered end of November and still not arrived. Contact with the company has resulted in “it’s still in transit” I have gone to my credit card company for a refund. Do not use it’s a scam.

Appalling product. The duck fell apart in minutes as it had next to no stitches in it.
The ‘squeaker’ was inside in a plastic bag which our dog could have choked on, or worse if I hadn’t retrieved it quickly.
I contacted the company, Pawlove for a refund. They said I could have a refund if I sent them back to Germany at my cost. Even though one was still in the original packing and I had sent photos of the ither, in bits.
They are refusing to respond to my emails.
Do not buy from this company.

Haven't received full order that was placed beginning of December 2025.

Mr order was on its way on 15 December and still has not arrived. Wish I had read reviews before.

Totally disappointed. Ordered 10th of December for Christmas presents. Arrived eighth of January, tracking was rubbish. ordered two as have two dogs, First duck lasted less than 2 hours. Second duck lasted about 4, Wish I’d looked at reviews first I would not of wasted my money !!!

I ordered the Calming duck for my dog on the 14/12/2025 i have e- mailed them & they said there was a mix up with my order sorted now & i havented heard anything since. I emailed them for a refund but if you look at the small print you cant get a refund if it's in transit. There an awful company as they have themselves covered all ways. In all its now the 12/1/2026 i have to wait still on it or dont get my money back. Would advise people not to order from this company.

Was told ducks would be here before Christmas , they arrived today 12th January . Within an hour wings were ripped off one duck and up until now I have restitched wing holes , feet holes and neck seams. Absolute rubbish. My dogs love them obviously as it is their aim to 'kill' their prey. Dont waste your money.

Still waiting after a month and no duck! The company did reply 10 days ago stating it was on the way and a week ago I had a contact from Royal Mail stating they were expecting a parcel to deliver to me. Since then nothing. RM tracking still says they’ve not received it. Emailed Pawlove again demanding a refund - no reply this time surprisingly enough. Would give no stars if possible.

After waiting for a month for the duck to arrive it is here. It was not clear that the duck was coming from Germany.
I have tried to claim the money back through my credit card company.
The duck has lasted no longer than any other toy, first the wing came off then the stuffing has come out.

THERE IS ALSO A PLATIC BAG WITH A ELASTIC BAND INSIDE.

Which could be dangerous to our Luna

I purchased this product as it talked about being indestructible calming great for a dog. I gave it to my dog and within 5 minutes it had one orange feet off. I took it off it I did try and sew it back on. I gave it back to the dog and with in 10 minutes It's got the squeaker out. It's absolutely wrecked it there's plastic bag inside it as well! Had the dog been unsupervised, It would have seriously hurt the dog. Do not buy this product.
I am yet to hear from the company about a refund.

Dreadful quality. I've asked for a refund.

Ordered 15/12/25 still not arrived, annoyed that I didn't check reviews and was fooled that it was coming from China even though it had a UK handle.

Apparently only eligible to claim for a refund if it doesn't arrive in 60 days - so not holding out hope that will ever happen

On reading the comments in the reviews, the duck sounds like cheap crap anyway.
Would rather have a refund!

I have previously reviewed commenting on how I had been charged but no product arrived. After 3 months it was delivered. Within 10 minutes my dog had pulled most the stuffing out and the wing was off. It is really poor quality. I bought something for a quarter of the price from my local pet store which is still in one peice.

Awful, took a month to arrive so missed Christmas, told me happy to return within 5 days of Delivery just contact them for detail how to, emailed every day for a week, no response and no online address or instructions to follow. Wasted m’y money. A total scam company.

Been waiting on my order from before Christmas they keep saying its on its way no updates no emails probably been scammed 🙃 definitely do not recommend buying from this company

took 5 weeks to deliver the items, within 5 minutes one of the ducks foot has fallen off, they will answer your emails regarding delivery, but when it comes to returning items you’re completely ignored
