If I could give it ZERO stars than I would have. Ordered a comforting duck on the 13th December, got nearer to Xmas and still not arrived. Chased up with email and got a response hiding behind busy period for deliveries etc. As it's taken so long I emailed about cancelling order only to be told they can't as it's supposedly on it's way and if I didn't want it I would have to return it to GERMANY at my expense before doing a refund !!! Its now the 19th Jan 2026 and it's still not arrived. Have raised with bank to do a charge back as bought on Credit card. Went back to look at their website, says Fast and Reliable delivery, 1 review said received next day, obviously all FAKE. This site should be taken down as looking at other reviews on Trust Pilot say items are poor quality and come from China. AVOID at all costs.

No stars ordered 3 ducks 5th December still not arrived. Ignoring emails. Cross as normally check for legitimate companies.

Ordered 2 toys for Christmas 8th Dec, arrived 7th Jan. Requested return address as no longer wanted as so late, still not had a reply from pawlove even after multiple messages. Would not recommend due to very poor customer service 👎

Ordered 3 December 2025, three of these dog toys.All meant as Christmas presents. Now, 19 January 2026, still waiting. Will claim refund through CC

Ordered the duck on 1st December....still hasn't arrived. I've chased it up with the supplier to be told there were delays. After 30 days asked for a refund and have heard nothing. This company is a scam and must be making a lot of profit from dishonoured orders. I am reporting to trading standards.

Ordered a total of £45, 3 items in November 2025 and an being fobbed off saying items are with carrier and they have completed the order.

I ordered this item early December and it arrived on 11 January. The website’s delivery estimate did not suggest a delivery time exceeding a month. The item arrived faulty and unusable. It appears to have been damaged during transit and is vacuum-packed?!. I am still awaiting a refund from the company. I would not recommend this product.

This company is a total disappointment.
A calming duck was ordered on the 12th December 2025, expecting from reading the web site information that it would be easily delivered for Christmas.
Tracking information was supplied only to find it was never updated and the item was actually in China.
Somehow the web site gave the impression it was UK product and dispatched within 48 hours.
The company was emailed three times leading up to Christmas for its expected delivery time - only to be told it's a busy time and it's in the the system for delivery.
In desperation and annoyance on the 13th January an email was sent to pawlove saying there service was appalling and a full refund was wanted as the impetuous of the product is now lost.
They did not respond to this email and still haven't heard back from them.
On the 16th January the item arrived.
Against my wishes the item has been kept and now after reading further reviews it appears the item may not be good quality with a risk of it being ripped to pieces in a short amount of time - considered as unsafe and not fit for purpose.
The overall experience of dealing with this company is not good and there will be certainly no more orders from me - I would deem the episode as very unsatisfactory.
Will be shopping elsewhere in future.

I ordered a calming duck on 9th Dec 2025, I had an email on 10th saying it was despatched. Then I received another email mail later saying they hadn't forgotten me and the item had been dispatched and handed to the carrier on the 26th Dec ( boxing day ). I have e mailed 5 times as its not been received and being fobbed off with it's in hands of the carrier. It's had time to fly it's way round the globe!!!!. Today 17th I emailed again again only to be told to be patient, they can't refund my money unless it's faulty or doesn't arrive. It hasn't arrived!!!. Don't buy from this company they are completely corrupt. They take your money and up til now have not delivered. I'm seeking legal advice if the item hasn't come by 19th Jan.. it's not a lot of money but I don't like being taken for a fool .

I recevied the calming duck for it to be broken in less then ten minutes by my small shitzu. I have emailed twice to explain the problem to be completly exgnored. I was still asyou say in 30 day money back but nothing has been done.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the Calming Duck for my small dog and not believed the so called 5* reviews on Facebook. It did arrive just in time for Christmas, but I had ordered it in on a Black Friday deal at the end of November. I did receive a couple of emails to say that it was going to be delivered late & was offered me a 10% discount on my next order, but that then is the only correspondence I have received. I emailed them asking for my money back under their 30 day refund guarantee as I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product. It lasted all of 5 minutes, before the stitching was undone and the stuffing and squeaker were out all over the floor. I have of course not received a reply and was wondering whether they could be reported to Trading Standards as the quality product was completely over exaggerated and not fit for purpose!

Calming Duck. A complete waste of money as it only lasted about 2 minutes before the floor was covered with stuffing.

Order a month ago and every time I contact them they say once it’s shipped they have no control. Still waiting. Complete scam. Should be removed from Facebook and other sources.

Ordered on 14th December 2025. Now 15th January 2026 still no delivery.
This company should not be allowed to advertise or trade.

Useless! Ordered a month ago still hasn’t arrived. Avoid like the plague!!

Ordered on 10th dec ready for Xmas arrived on 12th jan. Restored in seconds with our dog having the plastic squeaker wrapped in a stuffing filled plastic bag caught on his teeth which if we hadn’t been watching him for a minute he could have choked on sold as a safe toy for an anxious dog which it is anything but.

Avoid, this is not a premium product as claimed by the website. It feels cheap, lasted less than 10 mins before all the stuffing and squeek were torn out by my dog. Utter trash, cheap toys from the £1 shop have lasted 100 times longer

Ordered a calming duck for our Cockapoo , it was ripped apart in 10 minutes and was dismayed to see a plastic bag and rubber band in her mouth from the duck, dread to think what would have happened if we had not been there.
Have contacted the company on numerous occasions and they have not had the courtesy to reply
So buyer beware do not believe all their hype
