As all the other comments, ordered Duck & Wolf, took weeks to arrive & when it did the quality was absolutely rubbish, the material is so so thin, that stuffing absolutely everywhere within seconds, had to retrieve the squeaker before she swallow it!!! Absolutely fuming the price, the reviews they are all lies! Do Not Buy These Are Rubbish Imitations!!!

I ordered them ducks beginning of December and still waiting now .
But reading the reviews I think I’m going to get cancel them .
My daughter in law has just bought a lovely duck for her Dog in home bargains for £3 And it’s good quality

If I could write minus 100 stars I would. I ordered the calming duck for my pet, and it took 6 weeks to arrive. He played with it for 5 minutes, and it was destroyed. My dog is a bichon Yorkie cross. The stuffing came out, and there was a plastic honker inside that he almost choked on. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Ordered the indestructible calming duck for our border collie, gave him it and five minutes later the wing had fallen off, stuffing all over the floor and we managed to retrieve the squeaker from his mouth which was in a plastic bag. Contacted the company several times and eventually they agree to refund me in full. I have a copy of the email dated 2nd January 2026 but have still not received the refund. I will never buy anything from this Company again.

Within 10 minutes our daughters dog had ripped open the yellow duck pacifier. Their website has dozens of 5 star reviews. Trustpilot has a negative score of 1.1!!! I know who I believe. I would urge anyone to check Trustpilot for companies before purchase.

Pawlove calming duck which it says on the website is made of bite-resistant and durable material yet within days my dog had ripped a hole in the beak, head and wing. Not sure what's in the stuffing or the material it's made of but my dog had a minor fit (thankfully cured with antihistamine) so I removed it. Then you look claim that you have 30 day risk free trial yet they don't respond to any contact messages. If I return it I'll have to pay the postage even though their item is defective. Not convinced I'd get a refund even if I spend money returning it. What a waste of money, if something sounds too good to be true then it usually is!

Someone called them “ liars cheats and thieves !” All I would say is, don’t go anywhere near them ! 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 I did and I’m £25 worse off with nothing to show for it ( just glad I didn’t order more ! )

Steer clear from them. Ordered two ducks in November for Xmas presents . Parcel of paper goods was delivered probably the Mystery Gift and not including the ducks . Email responses were unhelpful. Refund £25 finally received via Pay pal buyers protection Jan 2026

Order didn't arrive for a month, and when it did my dog had got into it within 2hrs. States on website 30 day money back guarantee, and the toy is durable?? Had no response from the company at all for any emails. Really poor service

The product named as a calming duck toy took 6 weeks to arrive.
It is described as a safe, calming and durable product.
It is not safe, it is full of hard plastic that could easily kill a dog.
The dog was able to destroy the product with 10 minutes. Do not buy.

Do not deal with this company! I ordered the Calming Duck toy (x2) for my friends dogs for Xmas on 12 December - they arrived on 7 January. My friends returned to Spain on 3 January. I had to buy more toys for Xmas and I asked to return the 'late' items for a refund. Pawlove will not respond despite numerous emails, so I still have the items unopened and no refund - cost £47.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! Absolute rubbish! Overpriced tatt that arrives weeks late, is nothing like the photos & any dig will have destroyed in a matter of minutes! Squeaker in a plastic bag inside the toy! Completely unsafe for your pet. Sold as indestructible…..I beg to differ! Awaiting a response to my complaint…..think I’ll be waiting a while.

It took my Cocker literally 5 minutes to tear into the fabric, and he is now happily disemboweling said duck of all it's kapok. Complete waste of money. Would love to be able to comment on the calming effect, the quack (which has also been surgically removed) didn't last long enough for the bond to be created. Some rather overblown claims made.

Ordered the indestructible duck they advertised before Christmas-didn’t arrive until mid January and it definitely isn’t indestructible!! I didn’t even bother giving it to my dog as I knew it would be ruined in minutes because of the material it was made of. Consequently I emailed them to ask for details for returns and guess what- they haven’t responded!

If I could give a zero rating I would.
Caveat Emptor - marketed as "indestructible" & "safe" these toys disintegrate within minutes even with gentle tugging by a mild mannered dog.
We had to remove the toys within minutes of offering these as playthings to our Labradors. Thank goodness we were monitoring the play.
I have given this firm ample time for redress to no avail and refuses to engage on email. AVOID at all costs.

Have emailed regarding quality as this so called indestructible dog toy was destroyed within days … no response so far … wish I had read reviews first !! A useless but quite expensive product

Ordered the product as part of the Black Friday promotion. Didn't arrive until December. The 'squeak' didn't work, so I wrote to ask for advice (i.e will you replace or refund). No response. Followed up by email. Followed up again asking for a refund. Nothing again. Just emailed (19/01/26) asking for a refund by COB 21/01/26 and advising that I will pursue via Small Claims Court if not received.
Not expecting a response. I suspect that the rave reviews are fraudulent (my opinion) but regardless, the service has been non-existent, despite their marketing promises of well made products and sublime customer service.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Ordered 2 on the 14th December arrived today. I gave this product to my dog at 11.33am and it was destroyed by 11.37am. Found plastic bag stuffed with stuffing inside the duck with a rubber band to attach the squeaker. God.knows what would have happened if I hadn't got to it.

Calming Duck took over a month to arrive and Labrador pup ripped it apart in 5 minutes total scam and poorly made dog toy !!!! Do Not Buy company a scam
