Do Not Order from this company! A total SCAM! I placed my order on 30th November! I’ve still not received my order, it’s now the 3rd February. I’ve emailed numerous times asking for a refund and no response. No refund! Looks like they’re just taking peoples’ money.

Minus 5* ordered end of November 2025,have emailed company 1st excuse shipping late due to black Friday,emailed just after Christmas saying how disappointed as still not received ( yellow duck) our cocker spaniels 1st Christmas,they said now with shipping company,now February 2026 still not received,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I never received the item, and every attempt to contact customer service was ignored. No response, no resolution, no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Bought this for my Border Collie as read it was made from durable material. My dog destroyed it in seconds. I then emailed Customer Services to ask for a refund. They replied saying as soon as they receive it back they will issue a refund. It had to be sent to Germany so would have cost me over £10 to send so i sent an email attaching pictures and said i would not post but i have heard nothing back since. I have sent several emails. Luckily i paid via Klarna so they have only received half of my payment. This is a joke of a company. DO NOT BUY from them.

I ordered from this site on 15 December, it is now 31 January & I have not received it after trying to contact them with no response. I would not purchase from this site again. Be warned!

Ordered 9th December, has not arrived, company have stopped replying to emails. 100% a scam, avoid

I ordered the PawLove calming duck, which they advertise as ‘durable’. My dog destroyed it in under 5 minutes. The materials are very cheap and potentially dangerous for dogs.

When I asked for a refund they said I had to pay the cost to return it Germany. I think this is an intentional scam.

Complete waste of money. I bought the so called “indestructible” duck dog toy. My Westie destroyed it in under 10 minutes. I sent photos to Pawlove asking for a refund. I chased then 3 days later for a response, but have still received nothing.

I wish I’d checked them out on here before buying!

I ordered two chicken dog toys on the 14th December 2025, one for my dog and one for my sisters dog, NOTHING. I followed this up with a couple of emails, I did get a reply thanking me for my order and I was entitled to a free gift for my purchase. Nothing ever arrived. I Paid £28.00 for 2 dog toys, Please don't order from this company, go elsewhere.

If I could I wouldn't even give a star.
Firstly I made an order on 11th December 2025 with the only notification being added since ordering placed was on the 12th to state order being processed. Had no update since tracking number isn't valid. Contacting paw love to be informed it will be on its way. Since then I've had no delivery of the items I've purchased. I have sent 3 emails regarding this as it has been well over a month since I ordered. and no response.

Absolutely rubbish quality , the indestructible duck was torn apart in less than 2 minutes and its quack never worked at all . Spent weeks waiting for delivery and when I requested a refund the emails were not responded too , steer clear of these absolute cowboys at all costs.

Would give this so called firm 0 star if available, ordered 7th December and nothing has arrived. Emailed firm and they advised it’s in the hands of courier and out of their control. Requested refund and have heard nothing from them. I should have read the reviews first before purchasing. Please don’t waste your money!!!

Didn’t receive the Duck. Rip off company. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM. Ordered in November and when I contact them they say it’s on its way. Didnt realise it was flying itself, surely the post office would have been a quicker delivery.

I am still waiting for my refund. How do these companies get online. Appalling experience I am fuming.

The same as everyone else this website is a joke I ordered a non distractable duck and it tore within minutes and I have emailed 5 times and sent pictures and had no response DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! bad product non existent communication and a badly made toy and out of pocket, I will not give up trying to get my money back and intent to take this further

Do not buy from this company, firstly they are from China NOT uk. I paid nearly £20 in November for a calming yellow duck. After lots of emails in December right up to Christmas I was told it is on its way do not worry.
I finally received the yellow duck after the new year, it was suppose to be a Christmas Present but had to buy something else as it was too late.
I gave my Maltipoo it to play with and within 5 days my dog had the stuffing out of it and a huge hole has appeared.My dog has lots of soft toys and she has never been able to chew a hole in them. The material is of very poor quality. I immediately emailed this company again and again and guess what no response.
I paid via debit card otherwise I would have contacted my bank for help.
AVOID THIS COMPANY

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered on 11th December and took a month to arrive. Didn’t even last the day,ripped to bits and dangerous stuffing inside. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!
I’ve tried to get a refunded and have emailed several times with no response.

Poor quality took moments for it to be pulled apart! They not only took weeks to deliver the terrible items but they have completely ignored all communication ever since! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I will be contacting Trading Standards.

What a load of rubbish don’t waste your money . Indestructible I don’t think so !! Maybe if your pet has no teeth it may last a week 😂. Mi little jack russel cross shredded it within a day.😕🐕.

Oh how I wished I had read the reviews before I placed my order! I adopted an elderly dog who has terrible separation anxiety so I was delighted when I read about this calming duck. I ordered it on the 13/12/25 hoping that this xmas present would help him to relax. It is now the 26/1/26 & still no sign of the calming duck. I have been emailing the 'customer service' daily to find out where my order is but nothing...it's clearly a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM PAWLOVE.
