Wiki, Mia and the team are absolutely brilliant with my cocker spaniel. He’s been going there since he was a puppy and they have looked after him like he is one of their own for the last 4 years. They always message if they have any questions and he looks absolutely brilliant every single time he comes out. They are extremely patient and loving and I would highly recommend!

I regularly take my dog here and the team do a great job every time. The groom is always reasonably quick and done to a high standard. My dog is always very happy to go there and the team treat her really well.

I took SHIRO for grooming and I wasn't happy
When I went 1 time with my SHIRO I got charged £20.00 for induction and I left i got a phone call to came and help to get SHIRO in the bath
When I went to book the appointment I was told there will be two people
Anyway after grooming I got charged £120.00
I take my SHIRO to Pets at home and I get charged £80.00
I won't be going there again
The place is so small you could not swing a cat there

Pawpadour Has to be the best groomers in tooting!
I've used other groomers in the past for my minature poodle and they have never been able to groom her properly/ my Bella coming out a nervous wreck.
But with Pawpadour Bella loves her grooms so much and has a special bond now with wiki and is also very excited to see her.
I've been using this groomers for a few years now and will not change it as the service is amazing!

I’m so happy with the grooming service at Pawpadour for my small Maltese! My pup came out looking absolutely amazing and smelled so fresh after the groom. They specialize in Asian fusion cuts, and my dog looked super cute with the adorable style they gave him. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results!

I’m super happy with the service at Pawpadour Dog Grooming Salon! The ladies there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and grooming. My Cockapoo came out looking fabulous and was so well taken care of.

The salon is located in the community garden of Tooting Works, and its small, cozy space makes the experience even more personalized. You can really tell they care about each dog they groom. My pup and I are super happy with the experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Similar experience to another 3 star review.

Dog who has been to previous groomers with no issues was left distressed and unable to complete the groom.
The grooming room was even too small for us to stand with our dog which would have been best as this was an unfamiliar groomer which is why it was cut short.
I personally won’t be returning as this is the first time I’ve had such an experience which may have been an unfortunate day and not the usual. Would only suggest this for very laid back who are regularly groomed and used to being left with strangers

Wasn’t told that other dogs would be running free in salon. This triggered my dog into a nervousness and they were unable to complete the grooming. I can’t honestly review their standard of groom but they definitely did not adequately hand strip my Wirehaired and left him wet as were unable to dry him. When I mentioned that I wasn’t aware that other dogs would be roaming freely in the salon and had I done so would have sought an alternative groomers, the one groomer was a little curt and said this was common. That is not true, and should be advertised on their site. I’m sure this will be a disappointing review but I can only go by my experience and want to provide honest feedback.
They offered me a £10 refund. If your dog is used to grooming, they may be the place for you, if you have doubts - they definitely don’t have the patience to show to your dog.

As a first customer, I was blown away by the outcome. The ladies at pawpadour dog groomers were highly knowledgeable in their field, very professional with me my dogs were happy. What more can a customer asked for. Their prices very reasonable. Overall we highly recommend them.
