I have been trying to return a Large Harness for an extra large harness. Pawsafe want an order number, I do not have one and I have asked PawSafe for an order number to no prevail. I guess I will have to give this harness away and do without. I have read numerous reviews about customer service not being up to par,all I need is a order number and everything should be okay,oh,and I have to pay the shipping which isn’t really a big deal,the company will not give me and order number

I have tried and tried to Return 3 Dog feeding bowls 18 emails one call.. There return site will not give address. I have purchased a lot of items from them.. Will never purchase from them again!!! Or referrer them to anyone. NOWAY

Would give a negative 5 review if possible. The harness is not “highly rated” and the customer service is nil. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered the Anti-Chew spray. I should have just rubbed bacon on everything I was trying to protect. Useless. Not worth spending even more to send it back. Don't waste your money.

They have been spamming my wedding RSVP form with their nail clipper ads! Zero trust in this company and awful marketing tactics.

Ad says chew proof, my puppy chewed the plastic buckle right off in one day.

Would have put zero starts if I could!!! Defective product!!! Broke on first trip out!! It is not chew proof as they claim!!! They would not refund as it had been more than 30 days since we ordered, despite the fact it took a month to be delivered and as we were in lockdown we hadn’t been anywhere!!

In early December I ordered a pet seat belt. By early January, when I had still heard nothing from them, I managed to find a tracking site. My package had left China, gone to Korea, then to Australia, then arrived in Warsaw, Poland! Since January 9, it has not left Poland and I have given up on it and will dispute the credit card charge. They hide the fact this is coming from China very well. I will not order anything directly from China because of past bad service. Don't order from them!!! Wish I had checked the 100% BAD reviews before ordering!

This company is a scam. DO NOT USE IT!. They will take your money and never send the product you ordered.

Please read this review these people are crooks. Ordered 3 items sent small harness instead of large would not take back with out BS restocking fee. Email received from them saying charges are 43.90 was charged 73.85 she says it was glitch in her system . they will steal your money and not send what you ordered

I paid almost $40 for a device which was supposed to emit an “ultrasonic” sound to stop nuisance barking. Received it two weeks later. It is a piece of garbage; the connector which plugs into the battery doesn’t fit a 9v battery. Tried to find a phone number or email address for the company with no luck.

Do not but anything from this company! I bought a car seat cover from them which broke after 6-7 weeks. Their return policy says they do no accept returns after 30 days for non-defective merchandise. I pointed out several times that breaking that quickly makes it defective. They didn’t care. They kept repeating that it was ineligible to return because it had been longer than 30 days. They manufacture garbage, then they refuse to publish negative reviews for their products. I wish I had stuck with Amazon.

I ordered the L for my Golden retriever because that’s what he wears in other brands. Paw safe harnesses run very small. I have been trying to contact them to facilitate a return/exchange and they never respond. Bottom line is don’t order anything from them. They have no “customer service “.

I received my 2 paw safe belts and they don't work. You can't latch them on any of my seatbelt latches. I tried both of them and nothing worked. I took off the tag because I thought o this is going to be great and save my dogs. Well little did I know, now I can't return them because the tag is off. So I wasted my money trying to protect my dogs and I got taken by a piece of garbage piece of elastic and a latch that is 3 times the size of my normal latch for my seatbelt in my vehicle. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS GARBAGE

Made a mistake by not doing a review of this company. I am such an idiot. Here I thought I was buying from a US company only to find out the seatbelt ships from China! I needed this for a trip and ordered only to find out that who the heck knows when I will get this delivery.
I was out shopping at BED and BATH, guess what I found, a dog seatbelt for $7.99! Boy did I get scammed! When I finally receive this item as I bought 2, with the restock fee and shipping, its not worth sending back.
Buyer beware, half the price at Bed Bath and Beyond and you have it instantly Instead of waiting at least 4 to 8 weeks for you overpriced product!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a L harness from their web site as based on their chart that would be the correct size for my29 kg dog. It is far too small. And not comply and padded as advertised. It is hard and rigid. I asked to return it and was told I would need to return it Insured to Miami! Though the package I got was sent from Auckland and was not insured. Plus there is a $4.95 restocking fee. They are not a part Of the better business bureau which is the standard for relatability in the states. Of course I found this out after I started researching after the fact. Hopefully my review will stop you from making the same error.
