I purchased a xl harness for my 4 year old German Shorthaired Pointer (90 lbs). While I was changing shoes for another walk he was unattended for about 5 minutes. When I went to get him, he had chewed both harness leads off and slipped out of the harness. I followed the fitting guides and felt it was on properly. I suggested they EMPHASIZE the harness should not be left on for ANY period of time. That was a little too easy for my pointer so I won't be selecting these harnesses again. The company said 'you shouldn't have left the harness on'. These harness leads should be more durable

I ordered a no pull dog harness for my dog, on March 23 the company took £70.00 from my bank account, as of today I haven’t received any confirmation of delivery, I have emailed them at least three times now, they have not responded.I have to wait until 15 days have passed before my bank will recover my money, in the meantime I will have to buy from another company which will probably be another £70.

I trusted this company to look after my 3-month-old puppy, and the outcome was devastating.

During his stay, my puppy was given a bone chew without my permission. Shortly afterwards, he went into severe distress and appeared to struggle to breathe.

CCTV footage later provided to us appears to show my puppy in visible distress at around 8:14pm. The footage also appears to show a trainer dragging him inside by his collar while he was in distress.

I was away working at the time, and my partner and I were not informed until the following day. Before we knew the full situation, we were told by text that our puppy was “okay” and would be collected later that day.

The veterinary practice later contacted us directly after scanning his microchip and identifying us as the legal owners. We then discovered that the boarding company had registered our puppy under their own details at the vets, which made it harder for us to access information and understand what had happened.

By the time we were able to piece together the true position, our puppy had already spent hours in an oxygen chamber overnight fighting to breathe. Tragically, he passed away shortly afterwards.

Because of the delays, the misinformation, and the lack of transparency, my partner was not able to reach him in time to say goodbye.

We had placed our puppy in their care temporarily while adjusting to life with our newborn baby, hoping he would receive help with his early development and grow up alongside our child. Instead, we lost him in circumstances no owner should ever have to endure.

What has caused further distress is how difficult it was to obtain basic information afterwards.

In my opinion, no responsible boarding or training facility should give a 3-month-old puppy a bone chew without owner consent, delay informing the owners during an emergency, or create obstacles to the owners accessing veterinary information.

Following the incident, the boarding company’s insurer settled our claim.

I ordered a large halter that turned out to be too small. I have sent FOUR emails asking that would like to exchange for an extra large halter without a response. In desperation, I ordered an extra large halter and paid for it. I am satisfied with the product but they will not respond to emails and they donut provide a phone number. Please be careful when doing business with this outfit

When I discovered the harness was too small for my dog, the customer service was excellent. The larger size is on its way and I shall post another review when I have used it.

I had measured my friend's dog, but I must have been slightly off, as the harness arrived and it was up too high at the dog's neck -- it is a female Belgian Malinois, so not as big as a German Shepherd. I contacted PawSafe, and they very kindly sent me a larger size and didn't charge me. They just reminded me to donate the smaller harness to a dog rescue group, which I did. I can't say that the tugging has stopped -- this is quite a go-go dog with no formal training, but the harness is definitely well made, and the customer service was excellent.

Excellent company. The harness made a massive difference from day one, however the fit was a little too big. Cannot fault the customer service. Highly recommend.

Harness delivered promptly but need to exchange the XL I originally ordered for a Large. Company does not acknowledge me, does not send where to mail XL back to. The shipping envelope and order number discarded by mistake. Round tag was never removed from the harness.
My husband has had hip replacement surgery and needs a no pull harness to n our dog. I do not walk.

I ordered for the first time with PawSafe. By weight, my dog measured for the XL harness. When it arrived, it was far too large. I sent an email to the support email address asking if I could do an exchange, or if I needed to refund/repurchase. I was told no problem, they would send out a replacement harness immediately. The L harness arrived 3 days later. No muss, no fuss. Prompt response and they kept their word. I am very satisfied with PawSafe customer service.

A great experience in every aspect. Like others have stated, our first harness was to big. Pawsafe sent a replacement immediately with the suggestion to donate the first one. We donated to our local Humane Society, so a win/win all around. Their customer service is rare in this age, just outstanding. The harness is extremely well made. A TOP NOTCH company.

I am giving their customer service fivofe stars. I was initially disappointed as one elastic clips failed after a week.I'm waiting for the replacement because it really did help with pulling!

The customer service is exceptional. I needed to exchange the size of my dog collar order and the response was something I was not accustomed to.
Pawsafe suggested I donate the collar to be returned and they sent me the requested size free of charge.
Yes, the monetary benefit was great however, that aside I was frankly blown away. It is becoming more challenging to receive such customer service as this.
I will continue to support them and encourage others to try.

We loved the Dog Harness. It was made of great material and the hook underneath the neck of my Corgi really lets me control him from pulling me. We unfortunately must have measured wrong because around his chest area it was a little too big. So we contacted them and they responded immediately. Told us to measure our Corgi again fo the neck & chest area and send it to them and they would send us a new one! No hassle at all. Very pleasant!

Very pleased the no pull harness fits my mini dachshund! All others were too big in shoulders.I’ve tried several other harnesses and none fit. The response from this business was very quick.
The harness fits very snuggly which helps the control of my all muscle dog. No pulling me! I feel safe .

We needed 2 new harnesses for our Corgis. We saw the pawsafe no pull harness recommend online. We ordered 2 and received them in a timely manner. One of them did not fit on one of our dogs. I contacted them and Dianne responded within an hour. She helped me with the measurements and sent another one of the right size the same day. The harness really helps with pulling. We had another brand previously and the pawsafe harness helps a lot more. I would recommend the to anyone that wants a quality harness that works.

This is the second harness I purchased i reordered a medium for my cavalier King Charles but I cannot open the clips thank goodness I didn’t put it on my dog can’t use this harness i had no problem opening the clips from the first harness I got. Imp

I received Buck's no pull harness, but realized I had purchased the wrong size. I ordered an XL, but he needs a L.
I sent an email to support asking for assistance with an exchange. Dianne responded quickly. She stated she would be happy to assist me with a replacement in the correct size, and there was no need to send the other harness back. She suggested we donate it to a shelter. Well it turns out, my wife's work was taking donations for dogs traing to be service dogs, so we donated the harness there.
Buck's new harness fits great, and he does great putting it on. He walks very well with it, and it really helps me out since I am disabled and walk with a cane. This harness has allowed me and Buck to go to the dog park and other places with more confidence.

I have been looking for an effective harness for my labrador for several years without much success. I was delighted to find the No-Pull Pawsafe option. Initially, I measured my dog and tried to make the correct selection, but was disappointed by the fit. It seemed too large and he seemed to develop "shoulder" discomfort the day after using it the first time. I tried it one more time, but it just was too loose on him. I contacted the company, looking for advice and gave them his measurements. (His weight didn't quite match up with his measurements as he has a very large girth, but is not overweight.) Pawsafe communicated with me quickly and informatively. They sent me a harness in a large as opposed to the extra-large I had purchased. I received the large quickly and it fit him perfectly. I am happy and my dog is happy. Plus, I was extremely impressed with the personal attention and help I received from those representing the company!

Our 2 year old German Shepard was always a nightmare to walk, even with a prong collar. I saw this ad for a Petsafe no-pull harness and although skeptical, I ordered one based on the money back guarantee. To say I was amazed was an understatement! As soon as he had it on and we left the house, I could see an immediate response. No more pulling and it was the most pleasant walk with him we ever had. I had ordered a size too big and when I contacted the customer service requesting and exchange, the simply sent me the new size and asked me to pass on the larger one we bought to someone else who could use it.
