The new app takes some getting used to…
The new app takes some getting used to and is difficult to use. But thanks to Wesley, who helped me a lot. After some initial problems, the transfer was completed successfully. Great customer service, provided via WhatsApp.

I have always championed PayAngel. My recent experience with the staff no issues, however l find it frustrating and stressful with their new App. Personally It is not user friendly and there are glitches as on Monday l made an error whilst entering my phone details and had to abandon the transaction because it would not respond it froze. I do hope l will get use to it currently l feel let down.

PayAngel listens & Act on complaints
Money send on 25/11/25 remain processing despite number of reminders. Very disappointed with service.
However, “Following my review and concerns regarding service delays, PayAngel responded promptly and addressed the issue satisfactorily. They also recommended an alternative payment method to help prevent similar delays in the future.”
