Carpet fitted today
Adam came for the first appointment to measure up and show me the different options for flooring . He's was so lovely and understand. He made sure we got the best service. With me having 4 children with special needs and needing the carpet to be fitted when they was at school he was so understanding and did his absolute best to make sure it was done before they was at home. Definitely recommend this company. The carpet was fitted today amazing quality. Super affordable payment plan and low deposit. The fitter that came today was a lovely man , made sure everything was perfect and did a fantastic job 👏 LOVE LOVE LOVE our new carpet ! Thank you

Laminate and carpet fitted.
I had laminate flooring fitted on my landing and my son's bedroom plus carpet on the stairs. I can't praise Dan enough for the work he done today and went above beyond doing a little extra to finish off a fantastic job. Also to Paul who explained how the process works and showed me the samples of what I wanted. I will definitely use this company again.

Absolutely amazing company. I’ve had a few rooms done now and it’s always a lovely experience. From measuring to fitting. Laminate floor fitter Dan goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. Customer service ladies are wonderful!

Went with this company a couple of months ago for my stairs, great communication throughout.
The fitters were very professional and polite.
I was so happy with the outcome that I have booked them again for more flooring! Couldn't fault the whole process, through the initial booking, surveying and the fitting!
Paying weekly is an added bonus!
Great company which I would recommend to anyone!

Mike, as advised in the Complaint Outcome letter and the report provided to you, using all due processes, this complaint was fully and fairly investigated, was found to be unsubstantiated and is now closed. Again, as advised, you have the right to contact the Financial Ombudsman should you dispute this decision, using the contact details and information provided to you. We will be happy to comply with any requests for information from the Financial Ombudsman or other professional / legal bodies.
