Needed new flooring after my old flooring being down for over 8 years.. got in touch with payLaterCarpets, and spoke to Debbie explaining I wanted new laminate flooring for my downstairs..
Debbie organised me an appointment with Paul the surveyor, who came out and showed me some samples, many to choose from..
I explained to Paul, I wanted the laminate right the way through for rooms, going from the hall way,!into the down stairs toilet through into the kitchen, and into the living room, without any silver floor plates separating each room..
Immediately, Paul stated’ No problem, our fitters can do this for you’!..
The fitters arrived at 9am so very professional, and lay the flooring of my choice, exactly the way I wanted it. They were finished by 6pm the same day, and cleaned up them selves afterwards too, with very little for me to do.
This provider company has gone above and beyond, in every manner possible!.
From my online form to complete,follow up phone call,!from Debbie, who was very accommodating on the phone, to Paul the surveyor coming out with samples and measuring up,!to fitters coming out and completing the job… I can honestly say, I have had the pleasure of experiencing, an amazing professional service from start to finish..
My flooring looks amazing,!the quality is amazing, the underlay is so much better than I have had in the past from other providers..
scoring 1-10 on a complete excellent service I would most definitely, give 10 for an outstanding service. Highly recommended, and would never use any other company.. PayLaterCarpets all the way for me, this company, ‘Is the future’!. 👍👌🏻😀

Can't thank the team enough fast friendly company nothing was a problem the fitting is amazing the fitters even took the doors off in the living room and hallway and trimmed them down Can't fault them very reliable and hard working I will 100% recommend this company get booking them in peps AMAZING thanks so much... High quality carpets, I had my stairs and landing carpeted, so impressed with the quality! Feels like memory foam under foot. I then had my hallway and lounge fitted with grey laminate again wow just wow!! Fantastic choices of carpets and flooring.
1st class service start to finish. Highly recommended

From beginning to end paylatercarpets have been outstanding. Rep was super helpful and fitters amazing. Very particular about getting everything perfect. I can’t recommend paylatercarpets highly enough. If you want a job well done and at a good price then look no further. It’s so refreshing these days to have young lads take a pride in their work. Never use the in a million year they rip you off and when you complain about the fitting they send in the fitter instead of the manager to look at the problem and will argue you signed for the work now you deal with it do not USE THEM

I must say that I am so happy with your service I love the way you the worker do the fitting specially last one and I enjoy with your Customer service I will recommend people and I love it there's is not much space to express myself on here which I thank you thank you guys thank you

Absolutely the most amazing service from beginning to end, from calling up to enquire to the friendly efficient punctual appointment of the gentleman that came to measure. The workmen who came to lay my floor was early polite clean very quick with a very professional very neat finish and left everywhere extremely tidy I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone cannot rate them highly enough

Excellent service from start to finish. The carpet selections were top quality and the colours are lovely. The communication between us and Pay Later Carpets was really good and the fitters did an excellent job. We are so happy with our new carpets and kitchen flooring. I have brought slippers for any guests that visit. Thank you and I can highly recommend.

I am very happy with my new carpet.. fitters was very pleasant and followed all covid 19 regulations.. cleaned up after themselfs.. only down fall was they could not take rubbish with them so was left with that to get rid of other wise all ok 👌
