Walang kwentang app kasam Ng csr nila

Grabeng maya yan kung makasingil kapag my credit k walapang due date tinatadtad kan ng paalala, pero kapag nakadebit sila Ng transaction Hindi binabalik Yung pera. Pinagpasapasahan pako Ng csr nila. Until now walayung pera Wala silang pakialam. Grabeh need ata nirereport to sa banko Sentral para Hindi nanginguha Ng pera.

app sucks!

We have years experience on Maya app but lately this app sucks! First the face recognition sucks. We apply so many times just get right face recognition. Why just use code required or email code required email is lifetime access much easy and safer. Then hotline costumer services. I never been this angry so much that the customer services on HOTLINE hang-up on me. They have shitty customer services and stay away on this app.

If only I can only give zero stars. The customer service sucks. You can't talk with a real person, it's useless. If you face any issues with it's app, you are dead. You can't do anything and they are not helpful at all. Stupid AI bot that they have, not helpful at all.

PayMaya support should take a place in…

PayMaya support should take a place in top 10 useless things in the world.

Even on official website they promise to come back within 2 business days after ticket is open. In reality they close it and never come back. If you want to follow up, they raise one more ticket and do not follow up the first one. It's never endless story. Their promos and deals are scam. Disappointed.

Very Impatient with the dues

They spam you with calls when you religiously pay your dues on time. Its sooooo annoying. Even if you picked up the call and say yes, there will be multiple calls related to your loans until you paid your dues. They don't trust you at all. But when you ask them to update you on the process of your ordered Maya card, there's no response until you buy a new one.

Paymaya will give you a hard time to get your money back!

I Sent 2 transactions same amount last June 12 and it showed it will be recieved by june 13, but of course it has 2 different reference ID. But paymaya credited my account only 1 of the transactions. I guess they only look or check the amount but not the transaction ID maybe? Btw It's july 3 already and I still haven't credited and having a hard time to get my money back! Paymaya Sucks! Gcash will credited you right away if they made a mistake without even contacting customer service! Paymaya will tell you to wait 9 days and 5 days, 2 days an and an exact time and in the end they will tell you, there still no feedback. PAYMAYA sucks! Note: that even now I still don't recieve my money!it's july 3,2025

TERRIBLE!!!

Big NO!!!...... TERRIBLE! i can't able to access my account ñ, I called then June 6 2025 and they said 13 banking days except Saturday and Sunday. It's already July 1 2025 still no update or anything. I'm calling them every day....and they always say......I will follow up sir your concern is in the support team already. Be careful with this E-wallet it a SCAMMER!

Customer Service w/ maya sucks

Customer Service w/ maya sucks. I called on May 15, 2025 due to duplicate account. I mistakenly made one not realizing I had already created before. As per agent it will be resolved w/in 7bd. On 9th bd I chatted & agent said to wait another 1 bd w/c has passed already but got no update. Ticket is still under review but on their support page it says there, it should not take more than 48hrs to remove the duplicate account. Bullshit right. I have decided to just close all my accounts w/ them. Cs sucks!

Your Customer Service is terrible! I cashed In through seven eleven. There is a cash in failure and your landline no one is answering!Cashier just ask me to go back at store tomorrow to inquire if they already contacted your customer service before they can return me my money!

Customers Service is useless

Your Customers Service is useless. Slow resolution.
Your 'tool enhancement ' takes forever to be fixed.
Chatbot is also stupid.
Their collection keeps calling even your due is still a week to go. An app and text notification is already enough, you dont need to keep on calling and disturbing my work.
Service fee is also very high.
