I got a washing machine a fridge and cooker from this shop the fridge came with a dent they changed it over at lightning speed no hassle just a WhatsApp message and some photos next working day sorted the service here is top notch I came back after buying a TV the service I received is above and beyond I highly recommend this shop I'd never had new anything till finding this shop 5⭐ all round

Awful experience and with missing parts no screws no instructions got screws sent out which where the wrong size ended up going screwfix to buy them myself and still waiting for my missing parts I feel to return the whole thing back

We're very sorry to hear that your order did not arrive complete and we understand your frustration.
Please know that as soon as you informed us that parts were missing, we immediately contacted our supplier to investigate. It has since become evident that the missing components are the result of mishandling by the third-party courier performing the delivery on behalf of our supplier, and not as a direct consequence of the product or service provided by ourselves. We are addressing this directly with them as part of our supplier review process.
Since you contacted us on Monday, and throughout this process, we have remained in regular communication with you to keep you updated on our discussions with the supplier and the progress of your replacement parts. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we arranged for a complete replacement set of the missing parts, and we've already confirmed the delivery date with you.
We also offered to reimburse the cost of the screws you purchased yourself and requested a copy of your receipt so we could process this for you. At the time of writing, we are still awaiting this.
Whilst we're disappointed that your delivery did not provide the experience we strive to offer, please be assured that we have taken your feedback seriously and are working with both our supplier and the courier company to help prevent similar issues in the future.
We'll be back in touch with you on the 8th to confirm that you have received the replacement parts. In the meantime, if you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help.
