Abit disappointed really. Saw this company through ads before Christmas and checked out their site. Thought the designs were amazing and unique so thought I'd ask for a hoodie and a t shirt for christmas. Although the designs are good, they defintely deserve a better canvas. Both the hoodie and the t shirt are of the lowest quality. No branded label just a generic size label. They look like cheap ali express plain clothes with designs printed on them. The print isn't even very good. Dull colours and cracking throughout the artwork. Im yet to wash either item yet, but can't see them lasting many washes due to the poor quality. Its such a shame because if these designs were a. Printed on High quality material and b.Printed with more quality they would be absolutely top tier.

I bought a t-shirt from them and the t shirts are not cheap it was 32 pound so I'm expecting a decent quality t shirt but that was not what I received while the design was very cool the quality of the print was not great and the quality of the t shirt was the worst I'd ever seen in my life considering your paying a premium price for a t shirt I would expect something better even a t shirt from Primark would have been better than this they could have printed it on a black Primark t shirt and it would have all of a sudden been a much better product, when I tried to contact them for a return form I emailed them twice from 2 different emails addresses and received no response, I also messaged them on Instagram once again no response

My recommendation is to avoid at all costs which is a shame because the designs are very cool

Completely ignored when asked to return defective item. Tried on two occasions, not even a "we have received your email". Will raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I've never had a problem with this brand. I've met them a couple of times at download festival, I've messaged them through Instagram and every time they've always been polite and really kind.

The respond quickly and honestly I don't wear another brand.

I own 13 tees. 3 hoodies, a beanie and a flat cap.

Honest quality wise is superb

Now on my fourth purchase from these guys, and they continue to impress.

Quality of the print is fantastic and the disability is wonderful - oldest product is a 3 years old hoodie, worn almost daily and washed weekly, and the design is still looking great!

Customer service team have been incredible in the past with helping to fix delivery errors (my own fault) and getting the items to me

My boyfriend originally found these guys a few years ago and had a jumper at download festival. Since then I've ordered him a hoodie and tshirts for Xmas or birthdays every year. The quality is really really good (soft and doesn't go bobbly), the design prints dont crack even if you tumble dry them.

A couple days ago I ordered a hoodie for myself, but accidentally put the wrong shipping address so I emailed them and got a response in literally one minute. They sorted that out for me really quick and I even had the jumper 24 hours later (at the right address, thank you!). Always quick delivery, never had any problems.

Great T-shirt and lovely customer service via emails they were very helpful.

Amazing quality. Great inclusive sizing. Best company ever! I love the styles and I wish there were more Halloween ones year round. Still wanting the 2022 Halloween snorlax candy to come back . Will always spend my money on the products here.

Expensive items and very poor quality. Clothing arrived with cracked and fuzzy printing. To be fair, communication was quite quick and despite some back and forth about the quality of the print it was agreed that a refund would be issued when the items were returned.

I did return the items, at my own cost, and luckily did so using tracked delivery as I had to chase up my refund 2 weeks later. Company didn’t seem to know where it was until I told them the tracking number and the refund was issued a few days later (minus posting) leaving me around £20 out of pocket.

As much as I’d love to support smaller businesses, this one was wasn’t worth the time or money.

Good quality product, super fast shipping and stupidly easy site to navigate, wasnt my first order and definitely won’t be my last

Amazing designs Amazing quality

The shirt material is thicker than expected, but sadly ordering a 5XL isn't the same in America, its more like a 3 or 4XL. The design is beautiful tho, so hopefully with time it'll fit.

Poor Quality for Expensive T-Shirts!

Purchased a girl dinner adult t shirt which has been worn and washed once. The stitching has started coming away at the collar, leaving a massive hole, and now doesn’t sit right when when worn.

Just received first order, hoodie and kid’s T-shirt, and have to say I’m blown away by the quality!
Very happy to recommend them !

My experience with Peaked Apparel was extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of customer support.
I received an incorrect item on August 8th (I ordered a Pokémon Boo Club hoodie and received a Monsters, Inc. hoodie). I contacted customer service immediately with all the necessary details.
Despite multiple attempts to get a response—first by email, then through the website contact form—I have received no resolution. The only reply I got was a rude one-liner that provided no help whatsoever.
With the return window now closed, I am left with the wrong item and have been completely ignored. I had high hopes for this brand, but the shockingly poor customer service means I will not be shopping here again.
