Peaked Apparel Avis 

My experience with Peaked Apparel was extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of customer support.
I received an incorrect item on August 8th (I ordered a Pokémon Boo Club hoodie and received a Monsters, Inc. hoodie). I contacted customer service immediately with all the necessary details.
Despite multiple attempts to get a response—first by email, then through the website contact form—I have received no resolution. The only reply I got was a rude one-liner that provided no help whatsoever.
With the return window now closed, I am left with the wrong item and have been completely ignored. I had high hopes for this brand, but the shockingly poor customer service means I will not be shopping here again.

I have recently written a review for this company, and it wasn’t a good one. However , I have decided to delete my last review and hope I can try make up for it with a better one. My review was based on being sent the wrong T-shirt after already waiting a long time for my order to be dispatched, (12 days or so), I didn’t feel happy as a first time customer. However , the company has responded via Instagram to explain that they had experienced issues with SKU’s and were currently working at a festival, that they would help as soon as returning. After investigating they informed me they had sent out a replacement and told me to keep the shirt that was sent out in error, and apologised. I have now received my item. So I would like to say thank you for making things right, thank you for the replacement, I’m very happy with it. This better experience has made me feel that I would like to give your company another try in the future. There are a few items I already have my eye on. Many thanks!

Item looks great however unfortunately the size was too small. I have tried 3 times to contact the company to organise a refund & no response. £50 for an item that doesn't fit is alot of money to waste.

Tshirts themselves look ok quality but the print is thick and you can tell it will wear very quickly in the wash as it's rough and poor quality. I emailed them before my order was dispatched as there was no way to cancel my order and I had no response in that time frame of 3 days.

Good quality products. Already ordered from Peaked again and am awaiting my second order!
Constant communication on order updates.

Ordered two items recieved one of them even though it is saying both delivered i have tried to contact through the website no response I have tried to email them again no response I have even gone as far as to message them twice on Instagram and no response on there either I have given 7 days for a response and now fed up with it absolutely disgusted ordered many times and never ever had issues but just seems too much to contact someone back

Got this for my partner and she absolutely loves it. The hoodies are excellent quality will definitely be buying from here again

I can't even express how awesome Peaked Apparel is. The designs, quality, and customer service are top tier! Every time that I've reached out, they are more than willing to help. Love this company and will be buying more in the future!

Easily to navigate the website kept up to day at each stage and quick delivery couldn’t ask for better service

As a first time customer to Peaked Apparel, I am a bit disappointed with the overall service provided. I received my order on Thursday 6th February and contacted Peaked Apparel regarding an exchange or refund for the products. Both the shopify email and email on the website have both bounced back and no response received. I message their Instagram account and although received a response saying the issue with emails. There has not been any further contact regarding my exchange or refund and after further 3 messages, they have not replied. I am very disappointed with this and makes me not want to purchase from their website again.
