Everything worked right out of the box. Every advertised specification appear to be met. All of my expectations appear to be met. Customer support was helpful and prompt with same day response to emails. It is now just two days in service as UPS for my CPAP machine and long term reliability is crucial but that cannot be determined at this point. My initial testing indicates that this unit would power my CPAP for about 16 hours--more than adequate! I have not yet tested the unit regarding recharging with my existing solar system but fully expect that, too, will be successful. Happy customer!

Absolutely the worst. Lie after lie. Took my $ instantly and all I’ve received since then is lip. Excuse after excuse. Gaslighting at every turn. Then they had the audacity to tell me the order finally shipped along with a fed-ex shipping number, but fed-ex claimed not to have any shipments with that shipping number. All you get from Pecron is aggravation. I have disputed the charge and strongly discourage anyone from buying from this Chinese based scam of a company. Take screenshots of every communication if you choose to disregard my advice and purchase from them. Trust me, you’ll need them if you ever want to see your money again.

I have had two customer service interactions with Pecron regarding my E1500LFP. Both were handled through email, since the phone support was not the best option in my experience. Each response took about 24 hours, sometimes less, but I was never frustrated with the process.
Pecron preferred I not do a warranty return as that's a complete loss for them. Instead, they offered me a good discount on a new unit, which I accepted so I could upgrade my camping setup. Throughout the process, they were polite, patient, and helpful. Honestly better than some U.S. based companies I have dealt with.
Overall, the service is good, the product is great, and their support of the DIY community is a big reason I plan to stick with Pecron.

Pecron customer service has been very responsive- actively troubleshooting and providing a solution that worked. During a recent power outage in our neighborhood, our Pecron backup system kept our essential appliances running until the electrical service returned.

Pecron is the brand I use the most and recommend to my friends. I use the Pecron E3600LFP in my Class A RV so that I do not have to run the 5.5KW generator to power the refrigerator and TV most of the time. I can run either the 15K or 13.5K air conditioner and the rest of the RV with no problem using the 30 amp connection. Both air conditioners have soft starts. Usually I have the 15K running while I drive in the Southern heat. The E3600LFP is being charged with the Pecron 500 watt DC car charger and 600 watts of solar while driving. I can complete my three to four hour driving day and not have to start the generator. That saves me gas and lets me get just a little bit better MPGs. My setup is the E3600LFP installed in my RV bay with an exhaust fan to pull cool air into the bay. The environment is harsh and the E3600LFP has performed great for over a year. It will get warm in the bay, but the E3600LFP has never turned off. I can charge the E3600LFP at 3600 watts when I do need to use the generator to top off the E3600LFP. The first complaint I have is that the app is slow to update the status. Sometimes I have to close the app and reopen the app to get an accurate reading. The second complaint is the phone support. I hear phone support is improving. Email support is very responsive. There are large online Pecron communities and YouTube to answer most questions. Phone support is not a major issue for me, but may be for others. I own four other major brands of power stations. Most other brands I would not buy again. Pecron is hands down the value performance leader for me. I might upgrade to the Pecron F5000LFP so that I can have the 7,200 watt output instead of the 3,600 watts the E3600LFP provides.

I have always found Pecron tech support to be very responsive. They go above and beyond. So if you as a consumer find support to be critical, Pecron will not disappoint. At least that's my experience.

Pecron support for our E2000lfp and 1200 watts of solar panels has been A+.
There's no doubt that you get more watts and more storage capacity for your money with Pecron...they not only build a better mouse trap for less but they support it better too!

I just received my very first Pecron, the F5000LFP. I literally just finished setting it up a couple of hours ago so this review is mostly about my experience with the purchase and delivery. 100% excellent.
It came packaged extremely well with a ton of nice foam and double thick cardboard.
Came a day earlier than the tracking had led me to believe so that was a nice surprise.
They also threw in a U20 adapter kit which is fantastic. When I was setting it up I had to call support because I couldn't get the the casters to screw on to dolly.
It was my own fault, I just wasn't screwing hard enough. But they answered on the fourth ring and I didn't even have to hold. Manuel encourage me to just twist it a little harder and sure enough it went in.
I was so happy with the whole experience I immediately ordered an E1000LFP.
I'm mainly going to use this for power shaving because I pay $0.03 a kilowatt hour at night and $0.27 a kilowatt hour during dinner rush. So tonight we made dinner off the power that came stored on this thing when it arrived. We used the microwave, the kettle, and the air fryer.
I'm looking forward to all the cool things I can do with this. But mainly knowing next winter if we have another ice storm I'll have some power.

Great customer service.

We had a multi‑day power outage recently, and this kept our lights, fridge, and medical equipment running the whole time. I was honestly shocked at how much run‑time I got. It’s a bit bulky but very solidly built. If you live somewhere with frequent outages, this is worth the investment. I sleep better knowing I have it ready.

I had an issue with a e1500lfp power station not recognizing the external battery. Made a voice call, got a response in a day or so. My warranty was expired and it was a refurb. Anyway took a few weeks of back and forth and trying a few things. But ultimately I received a new battery mangement board. It corrected the issue. Kein was very pleasent to deal with and was pretty responsive considering likely time zone differences.

My experience with Pecron has been a good one so far and I am optimistic about purchasing more products from them as their customer service was exceptional as was the timely response in taking care of my issues. Kein's can do attitude was AWESOME and his knowledge of their products was very helpful in assisting me to set up our back up power needs. Thank you Kein!

I have been working with Kein on a couple of issues. I have had some problems that were operater error, some defect and some requests for changes to how things operate. Kein has been quick to respond and has actually sent in my requests. Kein has been respectful and patient with all my inquiries. Kein is 5 star. Plus a great product especially for the price.

This thing is beefy! It easily handles my fridge, lights, and tools during power outages. The build quality feels solid, and it charges quickly when plugged in. I'm very impressed for the price.

Solar panel issue was resolved quickly and a new one shipped right away. Thank you!

Good power station overall with plenty of outlets. Shipping took longer than I expected, but once it arrived it did exactly what I need it to do for camping trips and home use. Great value for what you get!
