Order was easy to make,came within a few days ,delivery was on a pallet and driver placed it where it could be accessed easily,driver was nice pleasent man,order price still good value.

Delivery arrived on the day and on time. Very pleasant driver. Placed the pallet exactly where asked.

The pallet was broken
The pallet was broken, 3 bags had split so splilt all over the driveway. The driver had a lot of trouble getting it off the lorry. The delivery was on time but we paid for 3 bags that were unusable.

Simply the Best
Always good to call yourselves. Great team, great company and always a quick delivery. We order the 1 ton pellets on a pallet for next day delivery and they always turn up on the next working day. Good price too 😁😁👍👍

Been using Pellet Kings for last couple of years. Customer service is good and easy to deal with.Local delivery company that they use is excellent bearing in mind access issue we have.

Great logs..
Logs are perfect and really good value.
Only let down was delivery company gave me delivery between certain hours but this was not the case.
I will be buying again for sure...
