Order was easy to make,came within a few days ,delivery was on a pallet and driver placed it where it could be accessed easily,driver was nice pleasent man,order price still good value.

Great logs as usual but delivery late
Great logs as usual. Unfortunately pallet did not turn up on prearranged day so had to chase. However, quick and efficient customer service sorted out the problem and logs arrived about an hour and a half after I called.

Reasonably satisfied. Although the pallet was broken resulting in us hand balling the bags of the lorry. Also one bag was damaged which was reported to the driver. emailed the company but had no reply.
