Order was easy to make,came within a few days ,delivery was on a pallet and driver placed it where it could be accessed easily,driver was nice pleasent man,order price still good value.

Outstanding customer service and completely reliable
When I phone up for my order the assistants can not help me enough, they make sure all details are correct, work on getting the best delivery time and day for me and are just really friendly.

A satisfied customer
I've been buying from Pelletkings for 5+ years and customer service has been consistently excellent, as has the product.
Any problems encountered have always been the fault of the pallet delivery company (using inappropriate equipment) and any resulting loss of the product has always been rectified promptly by Pelletkings

Excellent Quality Pellets & Always Reliable Delivery

Excellent wood pellets, whole ordering/paying/delivery process was clear and easy.
The website was easy to use, and the delivery policy very clear. The driver arrived on time to unload our pallet, which was well wrapped. A few bags (out of 50) had very small tears, but these were easily taped over.
It's early days, but the product itself seems excellent. I'm using it to bed down my horse, and so far I am really pleased. I will buy again in the future.
