From start to finish Penske have been brilliant. The level of service I have received from every single member of their teams has been Exceptional. It was a daunting feeling about starting the process and who to go to. I chose Pense through the Daily Mails financial section. They were not overbearing or constantly trying to contact me. Everything was done at my pace and the assurances I received from them were very helpful. I did look at other companies and actually spoke to some but Pense came out on top every time. Now it is all sorted I am very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Pense and we already know who we will be using for my wife’s Pension when she retires.

I dealt with James in my initial consultation and then with Liv as the process began. I was given plenty of options of annuity, lump sum etc and I was offered an option that had never been mentioned to me before and suited exactly what I was looking for. An annuity until I am of state pension age but a protected lump sum also. Liv kept in constant touch throughout the process and made sure I knew where I was and what to expect. This was incredibly helpful as I didn't feel out of the loop at any time! I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to utilise your pension in the best way for you.

After a huge amount of researching, going down rabbit holes, two meetings with different pension advisors, even taking on a myriad of recommendations from keyboard ‘experts’ on all things pensions, it was a huge relief to come across Pense.

From my first meeting with Kirk around what my pension contributions needed to do for me and my circumstances, agreeing where my comfort levels needed to be, using terminology that even I understood, through to being brilliantly supported by Lauren on a weekly basis around the pension journey and timelines, was a welcome relief!
