Great customer service. My beekeeper is always happy to help, well informed and quick to respond. I'm in the process of transferring three pensions over and they've been helpful at every stage.

Easy and hassle free pension switch... nothing for me to do except give them my policy number and previous pension suppliers name. So, off to a great start & hopefully it will carry on this way.

Very poor when trying to log in
Transfer process was good I think. However, when trying to log in to see, their system sends you a one-time passcode via text. Sadly it takes 10 to 15 minutes for this text to arrive and then the code is invalid as it times out 5 minutes after the system says it was sent!

Easy communication and information helped make the process efficient and helpful. There is a certain amount of caution when you are transferring or moving Pensions,and here,credibility of the organisation is I think key here..Pension Bee appear to have those credentials...thank you..

I had a full email Miles about ID which is a good thing I think especially when you’re joining a new company that know nothing about you so 10 out of 10 for that..

Pension providers not very helpful over…
Pension providers not very helpful over the phone at 65 all I wanted is find my pension they seem to forget not everybody is computor literate after that bad experience found my old paperwork and pension bee did the rest.

Better than other pension providers.
Have used PensionBee for several years and have moved many workplace pensions to them. Have had no issues at all the App is simple to use and all processes, information etc is easy to understand. Shout out to Beekeeper Sofia who has dealt with a few matters for me professionally and quickly. Would definitely recommend. The service I’ve received from PensionBee has always been better than other pension providers I’ve dealt with so 5 stars.
