Easy and hassle free pension switch... nothing for me to do except give them my policy number and previous pension suppliers name. So, off to a great start & hopefully it will carry on this way.

The process of consolidating my Nest pension into PensionBee and accessing my pension was seamless, efficient, and thoroughly impressive. The operational service itself was a genuine five-star experience.
Review Requests & Follow-up: 3 Stars
While the primary pension service was excellent, the persistent emails requesting a review on Trustpilot detracted from the overall experience. Due to previous negative experiences with that specific review platform, I preferred not to leave a public review. The repeated follow-up communications felt pushy and reduced what would have been a glowing rating down to a three-star review for communication.

Easy set up
Easy to set up but I don’t feel it was clear that if you don’t earn a certain amount the government doesn’t automatically pay into it.

Its difficult to rate a service that I have only been with for a month. So far, my account has not really performed that much. It has been more minus than plus, so I hope that that will improve, the longer I invest.

Well trying to get a draw down from you…
Well trying to get a draw down from you guys has caused my ptsd and anxiety to go through the roof been round and round getting nowhere. My licence is with dvla for medical renewal my passport has run out I can't afford a new one I spent 40 quid on a priority service for birth certificate and I find out I got to go pay someone to certify my documents when you accepted my bank account coz my address on my statement matched

Simple and Efficient
I had 4 workplace pensions that I wanted to consolidate. Switching them into Pension Bee was amazingly simple and I was able to track the progress as they were transfered. I now have all my pesions in one place can monitor the value and will be able to draw down on then once I am ready.
