Easy and hassle free pension switch... nothing for me to do except give them my policy number and previous pension suppliers name. So, off to a great start & hopefully it will carry on this way.

Switched provider to Pension Bee

Quick & easy to set up
Quick & easy to set up, biggest problem was the other providers taking a long time to transfer the funds but Pension bee where always keeping informed of their progress

Everything made my experience great
Everything made my experience great. I got advice from Pension Wise & money helper. PensionBee also helped me with the forms from my previous provider & the setting up of the PensionBee App! My funds are now growing & the improvement from my previous provider is a like a cold, wet & dark night to a warm, dry & sunny day difference!😄👍

Frustrating waste of time
The whole process of trying to reactivate my former account was so slow, frustrating with the agent showing such a lack of empathy that I eventually gave up after two weeks accepted that there was no customer service culture within pension bee and set up an account with invest engine !
