Pension Works have been amazing from the start to the finish.I was impressed with the continued communication from the staff involved particularly Faye Hooley who was so understanding and efficient, furthermore Derek Winslet my financial advisor made me understand what was necessary for this transfer to go forward without making it difficult to understand.

We were handed to Pension Works by our financial advisor team, as we were debating whether to change our pension arrangements & we required the appropriate FCA & ISO9001 accreditation which they can provide. We'd done a significant amount of research already, but needed the independent advice they offer to ensure we were on the right track, & that there weren't better alternatives we'd missed.
